Very disappointed!

completely failed to meet expectations. The store tracking data is inaccurate, Facebook numbers are incorrect, I expected a professional tool, but what I got was just false claims. Very disappointed! I do not recommend it at all.

Quite pricey for the services they…

Quite pricey for the services they offer for basic plan and the info on the website but Jino in customer service totally turned around my experience with winninghunter changing the rating from 1 to 3. Couldn’t get the value out for what i paid but 5 out of 5 to Jino from customer service.

This website is a scam company.

This website is a scam company. I cannot cancel my account or unbind my credit card. They will keep deducting money from your credit card. The contact information on the website is a scam. They read the message but never responded.

Worst customer service experience i've ever had.

After giving me false information at first about a 5-7 business day refund policy, I had to contact the support myself after 10 business days, after which they sugarcoated me for 3 more days saying i would get my money back asap and they would reach out to me. Couple of days later they still have not reached out and every time i have to send them a message. I have cancelled on 15/02, and on the current date of 05/03 i have still not received anything but false promises

Pretty terrible from what I've seen

Pretty terrible from what I've seen. Shows stuff as scaling and everything you click into doesn't even have ads running any more. How does that make sense?

I am sorry for your bad experience, perhaps you'd need some more explanation on how to filter the ads properly. If you hover over "scaling" indicator, it says that it reports an ad as scaling when adsets are being added.

If you are talking about the "ad score" scaling, it does not mean the ad is scaling. It means the ad is in a stage where it should have been taken offline if it was still in the testing phase.

These are all just indicators we use to quickly show how the current state of the ad is without you having to endlessly scroll to find a good ad. You have to use some common sense however to figure out if it really is "scaling", we just provide some short cuts to filter out the bad ads from the good ones if that makes sense.

Besides that, when you click into the ad it takes you to the adlibrary. It might be that the ad link has been put offline. That means the id of the adset that you clicked into is offline. But there might be another adset for the exact same ad that is still online. That is why you have to always check the "page in the adlibrary" not go to the ad link directly.

We have a lot of customers and unfortunately people only leave a review when there is something they don't like something.

You had to reach out to our customer support at our live chat and ask them how it works before leaving a review. We always try to get back to you asap. Please message us at support@winninghunter.com and we will try our best to help you out.

the app is always down it's not reliable it asks you every 10 min to log in and they keep showing the same ads when you scroll

This company is a joke

This company is a joke. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription, and after spamming them, they claimed they canceled my subscription. Luckily, I froze my card because a few days later, they tried to charge me TWICE!

If you signed up, cancel your card ASAP. Stay far away from these scammers.

I feel compelled to share Unauthorized Charges and Alarming Security Concerns experience…

I feel compelled to share my experience with this platform to warn others about their questionable practices and significant security issues.

When I initially decided to cancel my subscription, I discovered that the cancellation button described on their website was no longer visible. This forced me to contact their support team, and the entire process became unnecessarily complicated. Despite removing my card information from their system as a precaution, they still charged my card without my consent. This raises serious concerns about how they manage customer payment details.

After reaching out to support, I was told my case was escalated to the billing team. However, it has been over 10 days, and I have received no resolution or meaningful update. This lack of communication and accountability is completely unacceptable.

What makes this situation even more troubling is that I’ve faced similar issues with this platform in the past. At the time, I assumed it was an isolated mistake and gave them the benefit of the doubt by using their services again. Clearly, I was wrong. This recurring pattern indicates a systemic issue.

To make matters worse, shortly after this incident, I noticed an unauthorized YouTube Premium transaction on my card. While I cannot confirm a direct link to this platform, the timing is suspicious and raises serious concerns about the security of my payment details.

This platform has failed to provide a secure, reliable service and has displayed an unacceptable level of customer care. I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. Protect your financial information and avoid the frustration and stress I’ve experienced.

By sharing my story, I hope to warn others and urge the company to address these issues seriously. Transparency, accountability, and customer trust should be top priorities for any company—but this platform falls short on all fronts.

WinningHunter is a scam, they don’t pay affiliate commissions

I joined WinningHunter’s affiliate program with the expectation of earning commissions for referring customers. Initially, everything seemed fine, and I saw commissions accumulating from the sales made through my links. However, when it came time to pay out, I didn’t receive anything.

I contacted their support team multiple times, but only received vague responses with empty promises to resolve the issue. In the end, no payments were made. It’s clear this company is playing dirty and has no intention of paying affiliates.

I’m extremely disappointed and do not recommend anyone to join WinningHunter’s affiliate program. This is a scam company, and they are not honest when it comes to handling commissions for their partners. 1 star for their lack of integrity and transparency.

Not a good experience

Been trying almost every tool for product research, and with that said I can tell you that winninghunter is by far the worst of them all. Ad spend, reach etc is not accurate at all. Also the products they've been showing recently is completely trash, support does not care about their customers at all either.........

Not worth the money,showing stores that “scaling” and when you go through ad libary its says that they not running ads or showing stores that scaling and when u go to product page the product doesn’t exist thats why i log in only 2-3 times
