Fraudulent Behavior

First of all, I donated one time and one time ONLY. .and when I checked my card, I discovered you had fraudulently charged me $75.00 ×2..I NEVER authorized this, and is unacceptable period. 2nd) I've been harassed non stop by text messages and email's daily, with not so nice comment's, and always asking for money..You say in the beginning it's a poll or to make sure I'm a republican and stand for Trump, however, it's all bs. 3rd) I don't appreciate being harassed..I don't appreciate having money stolen from me by your company..I've called and started a fraud case for the return of what you've taken without my knowledge or authorization..4th) Don't ever send another text or email to me..I'm done playing nice.

Making America great is the best thing…

Making America great is the best thing that's happened to this country since President Reagan was President. And if President Trump hadn't been elected I'd be in Southeast Asia or Argentina where it's much cheaper to live anyway.
Semper Fi. Mr President, sincerely Leo L Fisher

REMEMBER TO USE A VIRTUAL DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD NUMBER

I am a loyal Patriot and Trump supporter. I believe he has the best of intentions in all he does, except maybe the Rosie comments... not his best. This is why it pains me to that I am forced to continue to ask the NRSC/WinRed to return the $560 they stole from my bank account in Sept 2020. Recently, I logged back into my donations history and discovered someone had manually manipulated my donations list. This Sept $560 donation I'm still owed, used to be an August $560 recurring donation I never made but by the time I got an insufficient funds notice, I was unable to manually get the refund myself bc it'd been > 90 days. Thankfully, since my monthly income at the time was only $799, I was able to successfully refund myself the Sept $560 and Oct $560 donations and every other donation I'd made in the 90 day window I could access and have refunded = $380 as I recall. Whomever decided to violate my bank account by adding this ridiculous recurring donation to my Winred account, clearly did not do their due diligence, being that $15 was my average donation, and all 53 I did make, were odd numbered donation amounts like $1, $5, $11, $23. What? so I have an affinity for odd #'s. THE best advice I have for my fellow Americans is to donate using a virtual card then immediately replace it with a new #. Someone could have done the right thing already because my account Now shows the Aug $560 & Oct $560 donations as refunded, while they reversed the one in the middle, the Sept $560 reads successful. PLUS, they reversed all but two in the $380 bundle I was sure I'd refunded successfully. Okay, so I probably should have just called instead of going refund rogue that day, I freaked out when I got that bank notice bc that meant my thousand dollar Nest Egg was gone, and I never spent that. But that doesn't make it right for someone to reverse all but $22 of the $380 I was led to believe I'd recovered without trying to contact me to resolve the problem rationally. After all, it was pretty obvious I did not make that $560 donation they reversed in Sept. I'm SURE they knew I'd never know what they'd done. I figured that's why they allowed two of them to process as refunds. And they were right, I was so embarrassed about how I acted, when I saw those two small refunds had come through, I assumed the rest would too. I just wanted to forget that I'd been taken advantage of and move on. After all, I have no doubt I'm not the first person who reacted like a lunatic when they figured out who'd been stealing from their bank account, refunded themselves every recent donation they'd made, and then vowed to never make another donation ever again. And they would still be right, had they not stolen another $100 from me again on Dec 31, 2024. It started when I opened an email imploring me to be a good Patriot and complete some urgently critical and important survey. It was quite long so I was disappointed to realize they didn't want my opinion, they only wanted money. I was 100% sure they didn't have my debit card information, so I clicked Other amount without entering anything and hit submit to send in my survey and see if it worked. Ha, joke was on me. I neglected to uncheck the $100 recurring box so the second I got that back notification I knew exactly what I needed to do. I responded to Winred via email, website, and phone within 10 mins. Of course it wasn't listed yet on the phone refund prompt list, plus I learned it was a recurring donation which I reported to my bank, Chime, when it came through Jan 31st. They promptly recovered this $100 and stopped the recurring donation, but the idiots could never understand my requests to have refunded the original $100 donation. So, I've taken over this task myself. I just can't seem to remember to look for one of their support emails before they felt the need to close the ticket as resolved. What's so disconcerting about this issue is it truly was an unauthorized transaction. I did not enter my debit card info, and I'd even changed banks and for five years had been extremely diligent about not donating to anything WinRed, for they'd put the fear of God in me for real. Only recently have I been able to fully restore my Nest Egg to what it was before they stole $560. When I'd still not recovered the $100 by May, I was incensed enough to log back into my donations history again. So, Now I know what they did. I know someone could have done the right thing but they didn't. They have literally sent me one of the One Last Thing emails for months. So here is my rant, I hope it helps someone!

I am happy to be a lifelong conservative.

I am happy to be a lifelong conservative who believes that truth and faith matters. After enduring four years of the most corrupt administration in our history, I was delighted to support MAGA and all the great people associated with President Trump. I look forward to better times ahead.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had been deluged with political emails. As an older woman, a retired teacher, the abrupt manner of the emails on Winred became quite unappealing.
In processing my request to unsubscribe from Winred, the Winred online team was polite and efficient. Thank you!
I am still pro-Trump.

I Am on the Brink of Insanity due to this Program

I started using Winred to support President Trump through his 2020 election. I’ve also supported Windome Earl and Caroleene Dobson in their elections. The program worked great for that. My issue with it and what I detest about it are the 60 text messages I get a day with no known way to stop them. Followed all the steps Winred suggested and the only thing I accomplished is getting more text messages. This is driving me insane with no relief in sight. I am ready to sue this bunch just to make it stop.
