Easy to use on line store, fair pricing and good communication

i have been purchasing parts for my Rover P6 for many years now from Wins International and have always had a very good service with parts arriving the next day. have not had to buy parts for 15 years now until a few month ago and still the same pleasant service. A great pleasure to do business with this company.

In my case I needed the master brake cylinder for dual system Rover P6 apparently a part that is hard to come by. He arranged it for me and only three days later it arrived in the Netherlands.

I have been buying parts from Geoff for around 30 years for my Triumph Vitesse and other Triumph's in the family, in the early days it was mostly second hand parts from cars beyond saving. Now he is selling new remanufactured parts as well which is good news, I have always been pleased with his service and when a faulty part was delivered it was rectified in a timely manor. Very professional service.

I have been buying parts for my Rover P6 for many years now, and on every occasion I have found their service both prompt and most courteous.

As well as new parts they also have a treasure trove of used parts, many of which would be virtually impossible to find otherwise.

Well, the prices on the parts, at least for the parts that I recently ordered, are quite fair, however the communication is pretty bad as far as keeping you in the loop on the status of your order and whether or not the order has shipped. I’ve got a car apart right now basically waiting on the arrival of the parts coming from Wins and I’ve yet to get any status on the whereabouts or if the order has even shipped. Need to improve this aspect by a big margin. The new website is nice however!

UPDATE: Per the expedient reply from Wins, that was most appreciated and thank you guys for being on top of it. I buy a lot of parts for my cars from UK vendors and so always good to know what’s happening with the order so I can plan ahead before delving too deep into something that may tie my lift up for too long. Anyhow, I’ll be a returning customer for sure and am glad to see you carry parts for a variety of the cars I have in my collection.

Why would I need to use offensive words? Never had any problems with this company always found them helpful and give good service.

I have purchased many items from Wins International and always found them very helpful. The new website makes ordering more convenient and they kindly made a courtesy call. In conversation, an item I needed but not listed at the time was later sent it to me free of charge - a lovely gesture!
