My Horse won't even look at the Lick & Learn and moves away even. I bought both mint and apple. It is very soft and runny consistency. Did something happen in shipping? Very disappointed in this weird ingredients.

Hi Mark thanks for your feedback! We obviously are unable to guarantee whether any animal will take our products but the lick should not be runny but firm! We recommend that it is kept in a cool place and not left out in the warm top avoid this but still shouldn't happen.
Hip and Joint supplement
My staffy Milo is 13 next birthday and is having joint problems so the Hip and Joint supplement I give him daily is helping him to continue on the walks he loves even though we don’t walk as far these days. Ordering is easy. Delivery is quick and we earn points for purchasing. Thank you W and P.

Just love the product for its quality…
Just love the product for its quality composition and my two working cockers adore their ‘custard’ every evening after their meat course 😀. Always comes well and securely packaged with a good courier.
The only thing I don’t get is the points system - I have no idea what the points are worth and often find that my points have run out before I can use them - as I buy a large packet of max that lasts a few months. …… you used to offer good discounts now and again which I sometimes managed to use - but they don’t seem to come up these days either.
