Item was not delivered, trying to contact customer service and no update was given. Sent multiple request and inquiries on shipment delay and progress with no reply to any of my msg or emails. Item still showing received by courier 3 weeks ago.

Hi we appreciate it is frustrating that you haven’t received your order but as I have explained in my replies we dispatched your order amost immediately to Dubai on a tracked service. We are at the behest of delivery companies once we have dispatched. We have chased this for you as already informed but it is difficult if not impossible at times to receive updates on international orders. We are genuinely sorry you haven’t received your order, it really is the last thing we want. In our reply we have offered a refund.

Dog vitamins
We’ve only been using the vitamins for a few days but far so good! My dog loves it and it smells great (just like baby porridge!)

My Doberman has been receiving an injection every 5 weeks from the Vet to help her arthritis. Used the Max Strength Canine Supplement and it has definitely made a huge difference to her mobility and general wellbeing. Delighted with the results and will just be using this product for her.

Absolutely brilliant supplement and company. Nourish +C has changed my dog's life and I don't know how we'll ever live without it. She was the fussiest eater, getting her to eat anything was impossible and she would go days without eating. Since adding Nourish +c to her food she comes to pester us for her dinners early! It's crazy. She's put on weight and is thriving. Our friend also had a similar issues where her dog just couldn't put on weight and the vets were concerned because he was refusing all sorts of food, raw, dry, wet etc. I recommended nourish +c and he loves it, he eats every meal and he's finally putting on weight!

Bear loves it
My 2 year old Border collie Bear got Winston and Porter for the first time as I had it recommended to me, I thought it was important he was on a good joint supplement as he has started competing in Agility he absolutely loves it and devours it every day! Would certainly recommend to anyone
