I think their website is a little misleading as it transpired the item was made in China and shipped to the UK meaning it took 2 weeks to arrive. Having said that at least one of the photos had a clea... See more

Thought I was buying a British made…
Thought I was buying a British made quality cap for my Husband for Christmas!
Took ages to get here only to find it's a cheap knockoff from CHINA!!! Could've got one from TEMU much cheaper!
Not happy!! 😡
Scam
Scam. These hats come from China mass produced not lovingly made in London. Waste of time and money. Do not order from them.
Would score zero if I could
Would score zero if I could. This company is totally deceptive. The claims for anything traditional, or British, or authentic are jyst a LIE. Cheap, very poor quality, took weeks to arrive, not because it was being "lovingly hand made" but because it was on a boat from China. BLAG BLAG BLAG
Misleading Advert
This companies advert, says made in our workshops in London. Codswallop hats are made in China! Poor quality. Well overpriced, should be avoided at all costs.
Very unhelpful
Ordered 2 x caps as 2 separate gifts.
They arrived in one plastic bag with one information card. I emailed the company explaining these were 2 separate gifts & requesting another logoed bag & card.
The reply was 'each of our hats is sent with a single card in the same parcel & we don't send additional bags & cards' I don't really understand what this means but the message seems to be no.
I was simply expecting each hat to be in its own bag with its own information card.
Really nice hat
Really nice hat. Kept informed on delivery. Nice company to purchase from

If I could would give zero stars x avoid at all costs cheap nasty made in China they should be reported for their advertising as totally misleading. Can’t believe how a company can get away with this
Misleading advertising: don’t be taken in
Like others, I wish I had read the reviews beforehand, but I stupidly believed the hype and ordered as a Christmas gift for my hat loving brother.
Very definitely a scam: cheap materials, mass produced rather than hand made, and made in China (the label in the cap being the only honest element!) despite the extensive marketing both on social media and on the website that claims hand made to order and a strong British quality item. Very much breaches the Trades Descriptions Act.
Don’t do it……
Didn’t expect the shipping to be that…
Didn’t expect the shipping to be that fast; came in like four days. The cap itself feels heavy in a good way, like real quality fabric. Been wearing it nonstop.
I ordered a cap which I never received
I ordered a cap which I never received. Tried to email but it keeps getting bounced back as undeliverable. Website very misleading as it’s made to sound like they are British made. They are made in china!!
I should have read the reviews before…
I should have read the reviews before purchasing, the cap is a cheap chinese item hence why it to so long to deliver. My local charity shops have better new products at half the price. The sales pitch/web site is not transparent as the suggestion is that this is a small British artisan manufacturer when patently it is not...
Not what it's made out to be
Despite the London address this does not appear to be a British company. The London address is a block of flats, and there appears to be no Companies House listing.
The hat I received was made in China, from thin denim. It had no maker's label sewn in it. The name of the company on the accompanying postcard was spelled wrong - Winston & Wulfred.
It did come in a nice ziplock plastic bag.
Not the quality I was led to believe. But nonetheless usable. You'd be better looking for a better product at a abetter price somewhere else...
The quality of these hats is…Rubbish
The quality of these hats is unbelievable rubbish, they claim to that they are not mass produced, yet as soon as you receive your order you can tell that they are made in a Chinese sweat shop worth no more than £5.00. don't waste your money, I could not even get it too fit.
What a great cap best one I have owned…
What a great cap best one I have owned ,very well made and so comfortable to wear,
Only had it a couple of months but I think it’s going to be a hard wearing cap that will last,it’s so good I have just ordered another one.I still like the cap but very disappointed to see they are made in china when they are stating that it is lovingly made in there own workplace I don’t like people who don’t care about telling lies
Really like the wool texture on this
Really like the wool texture on this. Keeps me warm but doesn’t overheat my head. It’s got that timeless style that just goes with anything; casual or dressy. Feels like something you hang onto for years.
Misleadingly represented
Misleadingly represented. Not GB made , from china . V.poor quality and 3 weeks to be delivered. Have emailed company , waiting on reply .

I’ve had this heritage wool cap for a couple of months now and it still looks new. Reminds me of something my dad would’ve worn back in the day. The pattern’s classic and it sits just right on the head, not too loose, not tight. Very happy with it.
BEWARE LIES, MADE IN CHINA.
Thought they were a British company and because I will not buy Chinese goods I ordered one, when it arrived 2 weeks later (which rang a few bells) it had a "made in China" label in the back. I could have bought a similar cap for half the price.
These caps are CHINESE,!!!
This herringbone wool cap has some…
This herringbone wool cap has some serious old school charm. Feels like something passed down but made new again. Wore it on a chilly morning walk and it kept my head warm without being itchy. Quality’s there for sure.
