Tried to return a cap ( too small and cheaply made). Followed directions to return and emails bounced. Tried main email and it bounced. Company seems fake and certainly not customer centric.

They imply high quality the reality is that when you eventually get the cap over 2 weeks you find it’s poor quality made in China under the Alibaba group and shipped via Belgium.
