The training that I received was really informative and memorable . The humour, stories and why and how are bodies work the way they do all add to the brilliant delivery of life saving skills .

I had pediatric first aid with Carolyn today and i just have to say what a wonderful lady she is. She has a lot of knowledge and you can tell she is passionate about what she teaches.
I only did the second day there as the first six hours i did online and i felt very welcomed into the course on the second day. Thankyou Carolyn you are doing a great job.

I attended a mental health and wellbeing webinar last night that was really well presented and provided some sound advice for steps people can take if they are suffering from stress. Carolyn is a very clear and confident presenter and clearly very knowledgeable in her field.

Carolyn provided an excellent emergency first aid course using her recent experience supporting paramedics during the Covid pandemic as examples of the scenarios first aiders may be faced with. This helped place the theory in an appropriate setting and brought the subject to life.

I have just completed my second paediatric first aid course with Carolyn. The course was very well delivered and was both informative and practical with time to ask questions. Carolyn knows just how to create the right atmosphere for learning in an enjoyable way. Good coffee!

I have received Paediatric First Aid training twice with Carolyn and both times found the course engaging. The pace is spot on with time to ask questions but moving on at a good speed to cover all the content. The hands on CPR with the various sized dummies is particularly valuable. My most recent course was 'blended' - with 6 hours online learning first. This was high quality with a mixture of test, videos and quizzes to test knowledge on each section. I would recommend First Aid training with Carolyn.

Brilliant training session today. Carolyn is a very competent, thorough and engaging person. Would highly recommend training from herself to anyone looking to gain a qualification in any first aid courses.

This was my first “first aid course” and it was brilliant. Carolyn was informative yet made the course fun and enjoyable so the time flew! She had so many interesting stories of her own experiences that made the topics easy to understand and put them in real world scenarios. I would highly recommend this course and would definitely choose Carolyn again for my next one!
