I ordered May 30th and still nothing. They told me once the usual BS about customs, and now (June 13) they do not even reply to my mails. it's a sort of SCAM company. strongly do not recommend.

I order a pair of riding pants and the third time I put them on the left front pocket ripped away at the top seam. I contacted their "support" and was told normal wear and tear isn't covered under the guarantee. Normal wear and tear?!?! I have had the pants less than 3 weeks, spent over $200 for them, and only had the chance to wear them 3 times. It doesn't give much confidence in the ability for these pants to protect me if I go down. Be warned, they don't stand behind their products like they claim. " If you aren't satisfied for any reason drop a line to winxsupport and we will do whatever it takes to make sure you're satisfied ". I may be paraphrasing but that is basically their wording. I expected them to stand behind their product and be willimg to send a replacement pair, but I was wrong. Terrible customer service, false advertising for their 90 day guarantee. I would steer clear and spend your money elsewhere. I forgot to mention, I tried to post a review on their site but they will not allow a review to be written.
Placed an order with Winx Wheels on 4/19/25 for a cross country trip mid June. Winx Wheels took payment immediately on 4/20/2025. As of 6/1/2025 after 11 emails requesting my items be delivered STILL HAVE NOT received my 3 riding undergarments. Many HAS NOT been very effective. Last email from Winx Wheels on 5/14/2025, stated as follows:

I placed an order almost a month ago. An email was received almost 2 weeks ago that it was on the way. I cannot track the order with my order number. Email to the company has been unanswered. Item has not been received. Same issues as described in many of these other reviews.
I ordered 3 weeks ago I have got a email for the shipment tracking info I’ve tried to login with my order number it won’t let me login. I’ve emailed there support three times with no answer. I get a weird email today with half my order on it. I’m about to call my credit card company and say this is a scam.

My son managed to lose one of the straps that holds it to the bike, rendering it useless (the shoulder straps aren't strong enough for an empty bag.) WinX won't even reply when I ask if I can buy a replacement. Also be warned these only come with a three month warranty, which at these prices should kill any interest.
It's actually a kind of nice bag, though the straps seem a pretty poor afterthought and probably wouldn't have lasted all that long anyway. I'll have to keep searching. I have ordered some straps from another place, hopefully I can save this cheap rubbish, but I have read up on their "safety gear" - DO NOT buy any safety gear or pants off such a seller, you can't sue if you are dead.

Ordered padded riding shorts over 35 days ago. No shorts, no email responses, not even able to leave a VM. Won’t buy anything else from them.
Well I sent an email to below address and, wait for it, no response. My rating is now ZERO
stars.
Winxwheels provided complete refund. Recent experience would increase to 3 stars.

I bought a bike helmet, but it’s too big. I have emailed support@winx 3 times now, but I get no response. The freefone number in the US says “the mailbox is full”.
I just wanted to swap the helmet, that’s all. I give 2 stars cos they still may reply… 🙏

I have been waiting on a $300 order for a few weeks.
I have emailed several times and left 2 VM. Paid extra for express delivery. NO one has had the courtesy to return my messages I’m about to call my credit card company and advise I’ve been scammed.
Update
After writing this review on Trustpilot Winx contacted me almost immediately and said they are looking into it. My previous emails slowly got answered as well almost like the process was automated and the system was down? As of today I have received my item and it looks to be good quality. I was also credited for the express delivery. So although winx customer services was quite frustrating they came through in the end.

Please stay away from this company!! They are very shady. I bought a pair of pants and they didn't fit. So, i sent them back Fedex to get a different size. Winx received them a few days later. That's when it started. I emailed and called for a month to find out where my replacement pants were. No response.. Finally, Many emails and says they are on the way. A month later still no pants. that entire time i was emailing Many again.. No response. After a month of this i told emailed him and said to just refund my money. No response for another couple of weeks. Then i received TWO pair of pants both in the wrong size. I have had them for a week now and i still can't get Many to respond to me on how to get this situation corrected. I want to send them back but Many has been MIA once again. No one at this company responds!!! I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket again to get these pants back to them!! I'm trying to stay positive here but I'm losing my patience!

Do NOT buy. I purchased the motorcycle riding pants. The product is made in China, from cheap material, and it smells awful out of the bag. There is no protection. I have a pair of RideRich pants, and they are much thicker and tougher material. Worth the extra money to go with RideRich.

I returned a pair of motorcycle pants that did not fit my husband. I emailed Winx and on Jan 21, 2025 I heard back from them that they had received my return and that my return had been processed back to the original credit card that was used to make the purchase. I waited several days to see if it posted and it never has. I sent several emails and the only answer they have for me is that they processed it on their end. Usually it does not take 9 days for your bank to post a transaction, even if there is a major holiday. They could have mailed me a check in this amount of time. I am still waiting. Two positive observations: the motorcycle pants seemed to be pretty cool and they do return your emails promptly.

Well I was sucked in, motorcycle protection they say, I fell for it, no Kevlar protection just a couple of armour pads for the knees as advertised. Yes they will help protecting the knees, but during a slide no chance whatsoever. I would not recommend these whatsoever for safety during a fall/ slide. As for comfort they are great. Wish I could return but reading the reviews it’ll be a waste of time

It's been two-and-a-half weeks since I was told someone would reach out to me "shortly" with an update on the missing item from my order. We're approaching the THREE MONTH mark from the time I originally submitted the order and paid for it. I sent in yet another email to their customer support team - this time petitioning for a refund.
I repeat - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
*** UPDATE as of January 16, 2025 ***
It has been three days since "Many" from WINX Wheels submitted their canned response to my review. There was mention of an email they allegedly sent me - which, to this date, I have not received from them, or any other WINX Wheels employee.
Additionally, I finally received part of my order yesterday from the original purchase on 11/08/2024. However, the order was incomplete and missing the second item. An email to their customer support team has been sent regarding the incomplete delivery, and I will follow up with an update when (if ever) they choose to respond.
*** ORIGINAL REVIEW ***
Ordered products on 11/8/24, and told they would arrive within 10-15 days. After waiting almost three weeks (and DHL not giving any updates on their tracking page) I reached out to customer service. After some back and forth I was told a WINX's service rep would follow up with updated information.
Another week's goes by with no communication, so I decided to reach out on 12/10/24. No one has any information, and there are no notes for follow-up. After more back-and-forth I get the same "we'll look into this right away" response.
Now it's 12/23/24 - I have to follow up YET AGAIN because there's ZERO communication from their "customer support". They still have no information, and offer to resend the items with a different carrier. I reluctantly agree, and they say they'll send the updated tracking information.
Again - no communication or follow-up, so I contact their support team on 1/6/25 (almost 60 days since I placed the order). They confirm the items were reshipped but STILL don't have a tracking number.
This is absolutely bananas...

Placed an order on November 21st for 2 pairs of riding pants and 2 flannels. Order was sent in 2 shipments. The pants arrived and they are great. The package that was supposed to have my flannels is a different story. I got someone's else's hoodie and no flannels. I have emailed back and forth with Winx 14 times. Can't seem to get them to send me my flannels. This is an absolute joke. They were supposed to be a Christmas gift and that was ruined. Custom service seems to be a disaster. I would highly recommend staying away from this company based solely on this customer service experience. Looks like I will have to do a chargeback with my credit card since no one at Winx wants to handle this simple issue after 8 weeks.
UPDATE 1/14:
Manny, I not received any email from you. I did receive a information request through Trust Pilot and provided my response. I am yet to hear from anyone from Winx.

I purchased the Turbo motorcycle lock on Oct 11, 2024 as a Christmas gift. He cannot use it. I've been trying to reach the company via email & voice mail. It appears no one is manning either mailbox and there are no other contact means provided. The returnable time is 90 days. I have not rec'vd a single acknowledgement. The only positive thing I can comment on is that it actually arrived.

I have purchased many items from Winx and the customer service is great, they get back with you immediately, had an issue with one of the products, the disk brake lock, I purchased not too long ago 5 altogether for my 5 Harley’s, one of them was not working right, i contacted them and they reached out to me, we resolved the issue with that unit, and I am awaiting the replacement, I would highly recommend them for any of their products, and like I said customer service was awesome, no complaints here,
