This is an awful scam. They will allow you to sign up with a VPN from the U.S. There terms and conditions even state that withdrawals made using cryptocurrency are not subject to the KYC verification process. However, should you actually win like I did and attempt to make even a modest withdrawal as I did of just under $200 my account was immediately frozen. Even the chat option was unusable. I had to email them to get a reason which was a copied and pasted lecture as to how they'd flagged my IP address which was supposed to be routed through Japan or Israel but not very well apparently.

I had deposited $75 in Bitcoin and attempted to withdraw $190 in Bitcoin. Basically after around 8 hours they did send my initial deposit back to me in Bitcoin after I offered to give back anything in excess of the initial deposit.

Here is my issue. There are a number of crypto casinos that fully allow play from anywhere through the use of a VPN and their terms read identically to that of winz.io. This casino is even referred to in some reviews as being a "no KYC casino" and generally is understood as an invitation to people from anywhere to use their services. So if you do not want any users from certain geographic locations such as the USA then you should not allow them to make deposits as the same IP address made the deposit and the IP address that supposedly got flagged during the withdrawal. We understand that makes you guilty of criminal activity because you do it all the time successfully when people don't win and just lose their deposits there is no issue raised because they do not become aware that had they won they still would have been denied their winnings. So I've disclosed everything here. This is nothing but the facts and I would think that this is not the type of people anyone anywhere would want to entrust with their money ESPECIALLY since their terms and conditions also contains a blanket clause giving them the right to "reject any withdrawal for any reason". Rather disturbing coming from a trustee that holds all the money during everyone's interactions with them. "I'm gonna hold all the money while we gamble and I reserve the right to just walk off with all the money at any time without any explanation and keep everyone's money okay cool?" Yeah not for me. Oh and in the even you just deposit your money and lose weight aren't going to worry about the fact that we let you deposit the money from a restricted are that we don't pay out any withdrawals to whatsoever. Yeah there is a name for people like this in the U.S. but I won't put it here.
