The wiper blades I ordered didn't fit correctly as the manufacture has a major design flaw. Tried to return but the customer service desk kept giving me the run around. They operate like subscription services, and you can't cancel or get a refund. Also watch out for the $1 coupon, they say they'll include but they don't at check out. Better options out there than this company to get wiper blades.

WiperBladesUSA.com has the worst customer service. They sent a pair for a new model vehicle that is clearly the wrong size. I emailed and left a voicemail, which is what they requested because they do not answer the phone. Crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered from Wiper Blades as they had an amazing line of wipers. I’m tired of buying junk around town. To my disappointment when my package arrived the box had been damaged and it looked like UPS had chewed on it. I had one missing wiper and one still in the box. UPS takes pictures on doorsteps and I had taken pictures too. I had called wiper blades and did not get ahold of anyone. I left a message as they say “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” We all know how this goes. By the morning when I woke up a customer service rep emailed me and asked for pics so they could file a claim and get me a replacement. Within the time of my email they had already shipped me a new one. Amazing customer service, great company and needless to say I will be back when I need more wipers. Thank you!!!!

ordered from Amazon...quick delivery and great blades...instruction video was excellent...it took me under 5 minutes to install both blades and I never did it before...blades feel like a quality product...the work 👍 great...

During the wiper instillation process I broke a needed part. I left a phone message asking if the broken part could be replaced. The next business day I received an email from an actual person asking for clarification of the part needed. After responding to the email the replacement part arrived in three days. A tracking number was even supplied. Well done and thank you!

WiperbladesUSA has been a great experience every time I need new wipers for my vehicles. They stand by there service and product. making sure the customers are receiving there items in a timely matter. Highly recommend them, been using them for a few years now. Accidently ordered the wrong blades. order was fixed after a quick phone message and i should have my new blades soon!

Fatimah has not answered my question. I’m not sure if she is a real person. I was sent the wrong wiper blades I asked how to return the blades. She never answered my one question.
Please post all responses and your customer service number. The answer to my question took 2days. The question was “ how do I return the wrong size”?
It was asked no less than 3times. I can post the responses that never answered my question.
Thought..Put it on your website. REFUNDS…
Btw, if you have a recorded message during regular business hours I would recommend listening to it.
I ordered and got in 24hours the correct ones on Amazon.

Also I ordered from you because you sell only wiper blades and I assumed you were mechanically inclined with automotive products.
I was mistaken. I paid more for that reason.
Amazon was less and quicker plus free returns.

What made this experience so great was the customer service I received. Although I purchased the set of wiper blades back in December, I got around to installing them on my vehicle just a few weeks ago. All was going great until I opened the package for the driver-side blade. I quickly noticed that one end of the blade assembly did not have an end piece keeping the solid edge on the blade arm. I then reached out to the company to explain my dilemma, and after a few emails back and forth, to my surprise, I was sent a replacement blade for the driver's side, and everything was intact. I will be doing business with this company again and telling friends, family, and coworkers of the great job this company has done for me!

I was very pleased with the navigation of the website making it so easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The Trico/Wiper-Blades that I bought for my 2002 Ford Explorer-Sport are of top superior quality.

Everything was pretty straight forward until it got the point to remove the C Shim. Did not go as easy as they described in the video. After getting everything setup the wipers would not clip into my 2016 Tundra after multiple tries. I end up using the BC adapters from my old wipers and they locked right in. Did a test try and them seem to do a good job. IF I order again will depend on the durability.

I honestly was very apprehensive about buying from this merchant. This business has 2 stars and hundreds of reviews! So why did I give them a shot? Well they seemed to reply to almost all the negative reviews telling them to email their customer service. I did more research and decided I'll try it. I bought replacement wiper blades for my 2013 Jeep and the process was very easy on their website. Once I purchased, the shipping was very fast. It got delivered in 4 days! The prices were very fair too. They provided specific installation instructions because they believe the instructions on the wiper blades are too vague, which they are, but I still needed to watch a few more Youtube videos to understand how to replace them. All in All, this was my only experience with them so far, so that's why my review is 5 stars. 5 stars for fast shipping, fair prices, easy installation, and seemingly good quality wiper blades. I hope my experience stays 5 stars when I purchase from them again.

Knowing this I ordered. Received the blades and although they fit as far as the blades goes, the part that goes over my blades does not!!! Which changes the look of my car! They REFUSE to refund because I do not like how it looks without the cover..... period
The owner now says he will only refund me if I purchase a brand nee pair from a BMW dealer, which he smugly says it will cost you a lot more money; send him the receipt and the blades back and then he issue a refund to me !!!! SERIOUSLY, what kind of business is this ?? Yes it’s as he says it’s “cosmetic” having the cap on it but it’s my car and I want it to look the way I bought it!!

DO NOT BUY from here! They send wipers that do NOT fit and will not refund you. TERRIBLE customer service. I sent photos showing the wiper I received was not the correct wiper, went to AutoZone and they said it's not the correct wiper. They still would not refund me. I don't usually write reviews but these guys should not be in business. BUYER BEWARE!!
