Bad customer service

Ordered blades but need to return. Have sent numerous emails, left voicemails, have been trying to call…to no avail. Zero customer service

Terrible customer service and responsiveness

Wipers did not fit, tried calling to get help, no one available to answer questions, you are directed to leave a message. Nothing. Sent email. No response. Tried calling again and am awaiting a response. Also emailed again. Terrible customer service. Better hope what they send works, because if it doesn't, there is not much there in the way of support.

LOUSY

Had Wiper blades ordered last week and were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" I'd understand if it was a day late fine but a whole week late, that's unacceptable. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop

Shipping time 6 days...Considering COVID-19 that is not bad.
But to improve our delivery times we are opening a new distribution warehouse for the East Coast on 8/1/2021. So all shipping times should even be faster.

2019 Ford Transit install tip

I received blades for a 2019 Ford Transit 150. I followed the warning to go to the website for install info. The info was generic and after a half hour of trying to mount the blades, I discovered that "part C" which I was instructed to remove and discard is actually the piece that allows the blades to mount to the arm. Once I figured that out and got the blades on the arm, there seems to be some slop in the attachment, but I think thats the way they are designed. Not real confidence inspiring.

No Customer Service

No Customer Service. Ordered a pair of windshield wiper blades. Received blades on November 3rd. I went to install driver side first to find the plastic attach, and locking piece was not attached. Looked at the other one and pressed it into place. Only to find the piece was defective, and wouldn’t lock on. The passenger went on no problem. Went in attempted to contact for a replacement. I have been calling every day since. Phone is answered by a recording stating all are busy leave information someone will get back to you. It is now the 12th and no response. I bought them because I needed them, so I have had to order from someone else. Now I am out the cost of the first set I have purchased from this company do to no customer service support. Be aware.

It is critical that you follow these instructions as wiper blades are safety equipment for your vehicle and improper installation can lead to failed hardware when you need it most!

Scammers

ordered a blade on May 5th and its now the 22nd. Emailed the company wondering why I havent received in almost 3 weeks and Bill the owner offers some lame excuse that blade is in transit when the tracking says its been sitting in the post office for all the time. I needed this blade and luckily was able to drive since weather has been ok and not raining when I'm on the road. I ordered one on Amazon and it arrived in two days. Shipping was not an issue. This is a scam type of company and I would avoid.

Rodney I know you're angry at us.
You have reviewed us in several places and you're trying to hurt our reputation.
But we do actually ship, out the door, every order we get in by 2pm Mon-Sat that same day. We have been working with USPS to scan every one of our packages in Hillsboro or Portland but they still don't. So ALL of our orders say "Waiting for package" until it get scanned at the destination hub.
This was all explained in our shipping email. Right now, during COVID, 20% of our packages get "delayed" via USPS. Is it that hard to believe that USPS takes short cuts and choose not to scan 200-500 package a day before shipping them on to someone else? Here is a sample:

Rodney I'm sorry your package is late. It will be delivered.
If you no longer want it then please write "REFUSED" on the label (Do not open the package) and give it back to USPS for a free return. We will refund you as it comes back as a return.

We found your order. Is it possible that maybe you ordered for the wrong vehicle? You ordered for a 2015 Jeep Cherokee (26" driver, 18"passenger, 14"rear). I'm thinking you actually have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Which has 22"driver, 21"passenger and a 11" rear wiper.
We would be glad to exchange your order if this is the case.

Ordered 2 front and 2 rear blades

Ordered 2 front and 2 rear blades, Received order, bag was open and 1 blade was missing and one wiper blade looked used . It was missing the blade cover we installed it . Are mistake . The first rain storm the blade fell apart. We have complained about it. Poor customer service
Not willing to resolve this issue, They said they sent us a wiper blade ???

We would love to replace the damaged blades. In the email we asked that you send a photo of the blades and packaging so we can send you a correct one. You asked for a blade sized we never even sold you.
Did you use our step-by-step instructions w/video for your 2016 Ford Transit? Believe it or not these blades can be tricky to install if you don't use the instructions. Then they will fall off just when you start using your wipers in a rainstorm. Very Dangerous!
