I paid them in full in March of 2020 and they have not done anything for me. They stopped responding to my emails and to my calls. All their reviews on Google are posted from 3rd party sites. But when you go to the 3rd party sites you can see all the real reviews that don't show up on Google reviews.

I highly recommend WipeRecord. They helped my son expunge his felony in Indiana last year as well as expedited the result. Solid firm. 5 stars all the way.

Hello to everyone who is considering getting their 2nd amendment rights restored. I would like to take this time to write about my experience with Wipe Record. The crime that I committed took place in July of 2011. The initial charge was 2nd degree assault, but after a plea bargain it was reduced to terroristic threats with a stay of adjudication. The courts and the prosecuting attorney was more then fair with me. I was facing time in prison. Luckily, I was only to serve 180 days in the county jail. I did everything the courts asked of me, followed and completed all of my probation requirements and was released from probation early. I have always remained gainfully employed and since that incident I have remained law abiding. I wanted to restore my rights mainly because hunting was a very important tradition in my family and I could no longer partake in that tradition because of my restrictions of possessing fire arms. So I decided to do some research on how to get that right restored and I came across Wipe Record. So I contacted them and they felt I had a good case. So I hired them and it was the best decision I have ever made. During the whole process they were very informative and communicative. I never felt like I was forgotten about and the client portal was a fabulous way to track the process of my case. My paralegal that was assigned to my case couldn’t have been more helpful, professional and passionate about what she does to help people that are in my situation. Words cannot express how grateful I am to Wipe Record and the attorneys that handled my case and as a result my right to possess firearms was restored. I highly recommend wipe record!!! Hands down!!!!
P.S. just a side note please be patient with this process. It doesn’t happen over night. This is a long process because there are many things needing consideration. Patience is the key and it is totally worth it!!!

Im so glad I got this done!! My record screwed me over so many times and now it’s gone forever! I shopped around a bit and this company was at least $500 cheaper than anyone else.

The only annoying part was that it took almost a year. The prosecutor wasnt ready and the court let them push it back like 3 times! It was annoying, but my paralegal was great and kept me in the loop the whole time.

I’d definitely recommend this company if you want to get your record taken care and not spend a crapload of money doing it.

I was told after my criminal offense many years ago that I would be entitled to a Non-Disclosure, that’s when I reached out to Wipe Record. It took the best part of a year and Covid had slowed everything down but Wipe Record was able to attain the order of Non-Disclosure which will now allow me breathing room as my criminal record will be hidden from public view.

If I could give negative stars I would. Same story paid over $1500 upfront it is a year later and nothing has been done. Needed completion by a specific date and was told no problem. Date came and went. No updates just the run around over and over. Covid excuses, just waiting for lead attorney to sign etc. If you have records and legitimate complaint, I would highly suggest filing a complaint with BBB and the Bar Association. I was lucky enough to be able to do a lot of leg work on my own and pass everything I needed to without the completion of my case (Thank God because I have spent years and a lot of money towards this next step in my life and I needed to pass); however I am still out of a lot of money and my records have not been sealed. I agree with all of you, same story, complete scam.

Using Wiperecord to seal my conviction was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. They took care of everything from filing my petition with the court to attending my hearing; I hardly had to do anything. Highly recommend!

Don’t waste your time I paid them $500 and had a emergency the same week, I had an electrical fire in my house and needed the money back and they told me it was too late they already started the process and I couldn’t get refund. I’m highly upset with myself I should have done more research on them before I paid them anything!!!

After paying in full and being misled for close to a year, i fired them, instead of a refund they file a hearing 5 months out after i already hired another lawyer. Even though i fired them on a Friday after 3pm they claimed they filed for the hearing that day, which i received notification for weeks later, I received a call stating they would withdraw. Misled again, they are so concerned the new Lawyer would get a faster date they never withdrew creating confusion at the courthouse, he had to file a substitution. Update in response to wiperecords review, complete lie is how they responded, i would gladly upload received and sent emails as proof that after i fired them they filed the motion, even though i stated i hired other council, they are correct to why i hired other council they are extremely slow, Taylor couldnt even give me a estimated timeline on when they would file but within weeks after firing them i received a email of a courtdate. This is the only site i could leave a review, the first site on google that gives wiperecord fantastic reviews, its not even possible to leave a review. My biggest mistake was hiring wiperecord.
