I’m really sorry to hear that the clip broke after such a short time — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have with Wiseguy Suspenders.
One unique feature of our suspenders is that the hardware is fully interchangeable. That means the clips, loops, or lobster hooks can easily be swapped — and we include spare parts with each order so that, if a clip ever fails, you can simply replace it.
That said, this still shouldn’t have happened. We build our suspenders to last for years, and when something rare like this occurs we always make it right. We’d be very happy to send you new clips, a replacement pair, or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Shipment took way too long. I always buy large of various brands but the large cotton underwear you sent were too small even before washing.

Not sure if you know our history, but my dad started Wiseguy Original at the young age of 80. He wanted to create his own suspenders brand as he could not find the ‘right ones’. I’d never worn suspenders and actually even thought ‘really silly product’.
Nowadays- ok - I am biased - but I would’t wear belts again. They pinch and are not good for your gut.
Anyways, just a little story about Wiseguy.
PS: my dad just turned 89 - not owner anymore as I took over however we sat down together a few weeks ago to develop a new clip he’s been whining about- should take a few months but it’s coming! That was really fun and made Pops super happy.

Hi Noora, completely understand your reaction but unfortunately shipping to a limited number of countries incl Finland from our warehouse in the Netherlands is very expensive - we’d love to offer free shipping to all destinations but we don’t have the margins for that.

Great Suspenders, Better Customer Service
The suspenders are fantastic (I got the Crazy Horse Black Wide). High quality and beautiful. What really set the bar was their customer service. We had an issue with the initial shipment being lost, and I needed these for an event. They were lightning fast in responding that same night and took steps to have their warehouse ship me another set immediately which ensured I got them in time. Really appreciated, I’ll definitely recommend them to friends.

Order never shipper
I ordered one of the most expensive suspenders on the site for my wedding. Paid for the fastest shipping, and even that would have been slow. Thing is, my order NEVER came. 4 weeks later it never even shipped. Luckily I got a refund. Do better Wiseguy. I would have really loved your suspenders, but now I’ll never order here again.
