Ordered my Oppo A16s and it was delivered 4 days later in the condition advertised. Great follow up call to ensure the order arrived and if I had any questions.

Excellent servicing was doubtful at first but hands down amazing I bought an iphone 12 pro 512gb brand new and to my surprise it came sealed in a brand new box dint get a confirmation so i emailed them cause I wanted to know what was going on but they replied but and gave me notification wt they need to work better on is interacting and notifying customers that will help not to put customers in shock but overall obsessed with my new phone thanks wise market.

I ordered a Samsung S21FE which was described as "As New" and told that I would receive it in 3 working days. Usually mail to Port Macquarie NSW is slower than to Metro cities, but the phone turned up in just two working days and it is immaculate! Beautiful! And it was well charged up and I got it going really easily... and I'm eighty!

Absolute shambles of a company. Sold me a phone that wasn't in stock. Didn't tell me until it was too late order from elsewhere. I wanted the phone for my son's birthday and ordered it in plenty of time but "wise" market completely cocked up and now I'm going to be completely out of pocket.

Take my advice - don't bother with these agents, go direct to the vendors. At least you will have a chance of sorting out any problems you have.

Response to the response: They offered me a fair condition phone instead of an excellent condition phone for a $30 discount. They then offered an iphone 7 instead of an iphone 8 with no discount. When I quite reasonably asked for the next best available phone for the same price they tried to charge me more money but crucially - by the time they made what was a reasonable offer, they could no longer get it to me on time because they couldn't authorise expedited shipping BECAUSE... they don't actually sell the phones. They are an aggregator/ agent website. This is not made clear when it should be. This was directly the cause for all my issues as the stock levels on the wise market website do not update in real time.

That is why I advise you to go direct to the vendor.

When I was searching for a phone for my business, I was drawn in by the 13-month warranty, which I wasn't seeing elsewhere from other proprietors. As this is a serious investment for my business, I wanted to be sure I was choosing a company that would look after me should anything go wrong. After placing a call to discuss my options, I decided to go with Wise Market. Their service was done right, the old-fashioned way which you don't see much of these days.

Ordered a phone and wrong one turned up. Hassle over why (dual sim ordered and single turned up) Not so bad but when it comes to getting a refund it is not refunded by Wise Market they get their supplier to refund it. So it looks like Wise Market is just a facia for all types of sellers and don't carry their own stock. Depending who their seller is buyer beware. I purchased the phone 23-12-22, received my phone on 04-01-23 and immediately sent an email re wrong phone After lots of back and forth got my money 2 days after posting this complaint here on 24-01-23. Funny about that :)

Ordered a phone, invoice and purchase receipt was sent through straight away and phone arrived morning after purchase.
Will definitely look at purchasing from wise market again.
Hope no issues with phone and they stick to there promise of guarantee.

Great service and I received my phone in just a matter of days. Only small negative was I didn't receive any notification as to when I might receive my product. Other than this an overall great experience
