I bought a Dell and was told it was refurbished and battery good I received the laptop that had a battery that didn’t hold a charge, I have subsequently made contact again and they have approved the replacement refund

The laptops are NOT refurbished!! They are simply used laptops. They don’t put any work into them, I received a MacBook that had a battery that didn’t hold a charge, they refused to replace the battery.

Bought a refurbed Dell xps. Delivered within two working days. Laptop is in excellent condition. Very happy with my purchase.
I would recommend and would go back again.

Good computer, as described and fast delivery

Bought my first Chromebook and reconditioned. Delivered within two days and works great. Laptop was in excellent condition although advertised as very good. Very happy with Wisetec, would recommend and would go back again. Price was great too.

I bought a refurbished Dell XPS for less than a third of the cost of a new one. The transaction was was very straightforward and the item delivered 48 hours later. Prompt and courteous service. Very pleased with the laptop, it's flawless and looks brand new. Would highly recommend.

The product condition was exactly as described. The first Pixelbook that was shipped unfortunatley had an intermittent fault with the touch screen - screen worked ok but not always with touch function. Simon at Wisetek couldn't have been more helpful, a couple of user checks were proposed which did not fix the problem and I was quickly asked to return the unit for a replacement. The replacement arrived quickly and works perfectly. Great customer service. Thank you Wisetek.

The strength of a relationship is tested when it goes through difficult times.
So, I got this laptop that had some issues. I couldnt return it in 3 months for whatever reason but I communicated it to Wisetek. They were understanding and tried to fix and later took the laptop back. This is a trust worthy company and has good business ethics. I would happily buy another one from here in future.

I got 3 Dell Precision laptops for my team members. They are really impressive. They look like new. The screen resolution is incredible. A real wow factor for new staff but at a fraction of the cost of the new versions. Highly recommend. Thanks Ian C.

Very pleased with my purchase. High quality kit only insignificantly distinguishable from new, but at around half price. 1 year warranty and guaranteed 6 years of updates from google helps.

Great product, super quick delivery

After some delay from DHL (not Wisetek's fault at all) I have received my Pixelbook. Extremely happy with the purchase - in great condition and for a fraction of the price new. I was a bit tentative buying because Wisetek didn't have the most reviews on here, but am very happy that I went for it. Laptop arrive in an air-cushioned sleeve and is great so far. Leaving this review to pump up their numbers for the next potential customer.

I purchased a refurbished ipad 6 from wisetek.The price was the lowest when comparing any store. Delivery was fast and packing was excellent. The product does nit even has a single scratch and the quality is just like new ipad. I will purchase from you again and thanks.

I ordered a 6th generation iPad refurbished. I received a fast effective communication via email good to feel your speaking to a person not a robot, prompt responses to questions I asked about postage. Was quite alot cheaper then I could find anywhere else so I was worried.

However I paid extra postage to get the it here for Christmas.

I went for very good condition.
I was not disappointed, it did not look in any way refurbished, not a single mark or scratch .

Overall very happy with product, only improvement would be if more payment options were available, it would be great if linked to Klarna etc.
It would make items more accessible to people on lower incomes who still want to invest.

So pleased I found Wisetek - the quality of the Pixelbook we received was incredible. And it arrived the next day - absolutely rapid delivery when there's only a week until Christmas.
