Amazing customer service and ease of account management!

Super quick responses from Ruby and Vivian (almost immediate), and both were friendly and happy to help. I'm currently in the process of cancelling all my various subscriptions due to a recent financial hardship, and some companies can be very unfriendly and make the cancellation process extremely complicated. So when I experience this level of customer service and ease of account management, I'm 100x more likely to resubscribe in the future once I'm financially stable.

The app's great but expensive

The app's great, but the regular price is just a little steep for my taste. I like pretty much all the features, but I just don't see it being worth almost 50 USD a month.

Shady, deceptive billing practices

Business that are more focused on taking your money rather than customer service are the worst types of businesses, unfortunately wisey fall right in line with that type of model.

I initially made a purchase (15.99) and like most other app purchea there are options for additional inclusions. While I was scrolling to finalize the 15.99 purchase I accidentally hit a button for a workbook inclusion and I was automatically charged (17.99) with no confirmation, to assure thats what i wanted, whatsoever. So I canceled any further subscription immediately since that was already a bad start. Come to find out -a month later I'm being charged ($45) for the workbook inclusion i didnt want in the first place! I was told I only canceled one subscription but not the other when i inquired support via email. Making more than one point of cancelation in this manner is shady an deceptive (period)!

I advise anyone to avoid this platform before they take money you didnt expect to pay.

**Turns out I was refunded %50 of the charge i never expected in the first place. Maybe to to reconcile the level of customer service (so I'll add 1 more star). OVERALL NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND A WASTE OF MY TIME. Im still out $22.50

Straight up scam

Unreliable. Misleading sales process. You get offered extra books which seem to be free/trial but then you get billed multiple small amounts. Apparently the books are not just books but also a recurring service/cost. No refund (although legally obligatory in EU). Instantly cancelled everything after useless customer service. Still got billed after cancelling subscription. I'm 35 and buy online all the time. This is not a user issue. This is a scam.
