Unreliable. Misleading sales process. You get offered extra books which seem to be free/trial but then you get billed multiple small amounts. Apparently the books are not just books but also a recurring service/cost. No refund (although legally obligatory in EU). Instantly cancelled everything after useless customer service. Still got billed after cancelling subscription. I'm 35 and buy online all the time. This is not a user issue. This is a scam.

I have never used the app and I honestly don't remember signing up for it. It is $100 per month plus there are added charges for "books" which I also don't remember agreeing to. This month alone (March 2026) I have been charged $99.99 AND $45.00. I have no idea what the $45 is for because if I did sign up THAT IS THE ONLY TIME I ACCESSED THEIR SYSTEM!!!! Note, you also get a couple dollar "Cross Border Fee" with their charges. I DON'T RECOMMEND IN THE LEAST!

Same as everyone else - Scammy practice of taking the post pilot payment 12 weeks after trial start, without any reminder and then painful conversations with the customer service who are just there to guard the payment.
If they had any confidence in the product, they'd remind people before the next payment is taken (again this was 12 weeks later, not just 1 month)
The fact they don't remind anyone is evidence of this highly Scammy practice.
And notice all the positive reviews are invited, and after a few days of use. Avoid avoid avoid

Classic. They get you onto subscriptions. Then make it hard to cancel. Then as you've set up a direct debit; they continue to take money from your account. Avoid.

The experience was great! even though it didnt work out they made it right and took care of me.

This company is a scam! They refuse to refund a product just a few days after it renewed from the trial period and then when you cancel the subscription they cut off access to the product immediately NOT when the product would have next renewed.

Poor customer service- only communicate through email and they don’t answer any questions. They must all be AI generated robots. Anyway, deceptive marketing on pricing-READ FINE PRIT- they may charge you extra for all sorts of workbooks and additional items and it isn’t super clear when signing up. I filed a claim with my credit card company to dispute the charge and also with my attorney general.

I had an issue with the payment, but the team was very attentive and comprehensive. They reply very fast to your emails and always look for a way to solve the problem. I think it's a very dedicated team.

The product is actually decent. That’s what makes this so frustrating.
I signed up thinking I had a free trial and would not be charged straight away. Money was taken immediately. There were also extra fees during signup that were clearly designed to be missed, small and easy to skip past, also taken straight away.
When I contacted support I was basically told tough luck, that I had agreed to terms at the point of deleting my account. Not at signup. At deletion. By that point it was already too late.
The pricing is also set up to start low and then jump significantly once you forget about it and renewal hits. It feels very calculated.
I have raised a formal complaint and left this review because other people deserve to know before they hand over their payment details. The product is worth something but I cannot recommend a company that operates this way.
