Avoid at all costs, like a alot of other people my order was placed on the 8th February and has still not been delivered. When I asked for a refund they told me that this was not possible and to wait a few more weeks for the delivery
They are not commited ri their customers and make excuses for everything

Prices of the goods are changing all the time and what appears to be a bargain often becomes expensive when postage is added. Much if not all the items come from China and similar or even the same stuff is available on the Chinese website AliExpress - perhaps it's the same company? Delivery delays are probably due to the time it takes for something to come from China when it's not stocked here. I have experienced something not arriving but I was given a refund. I like the look of their mens watches but they are all too big for me. It would be good to get a message to them to see if they have or can get any that are less than 41mm wide but there is no way to make contact with them?

Wish has very useless set of customer service representatives that are not customer oriented.
The quality of what is displayed on their platform is totally different from what was delivered to me. My first experience with them was horrible and they refused to refund me my money, forcing me to receive their sub-standard items

Terrible company never received item, despite being told it have been delivered, then they told me I was too Kate for a refund despite contacting them on the day they told me to contact them, did eventually get a refund but loads of hassle,AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered two portable CD players due to the Wish website not being clear on what the difference was in the product specifications.

So after 3 weeks of waiting for these two items to be delivered they finally arrived, on inspection the sound and build quality was horrendous. This was on December the 15th 2021 now the date is 22.01.22 both items were returned by courier on the 17th of December 2021 and Wish claim after I’ve sent multiple emails they haven’t received them. I have sent over 30 different messages with the same information has they have requested ie tracking numbers receipts and product descriptions to no avail?

Please take note, wish haven’t really got a customer service, if you email them you talk to a different person every time who ask you and give you same automatic response (we know you must be frustrated etc etc) so you find yourself going round in circles and constantly repeating yourself until you then realise after over a month of not getting any ware, like I have, you have been scammed.

Currently I have no products and my bank account is £86.00 lighter which I will never see again and personally I have wrote off.

Please do not order from wish, I thought I’d give them a chance due to the fact Amazon have got too much of a bite of the pie, but there’s a reason for that!!

If I could put zero stars I would,we did,nt receive item,they said Hermes confirmed delivery so we must have it .....I will not use wish again and I will pass on to our family and friends .The customer service is not fit for purpose..they really are not bothered.

Items are cheap and not worth what they are charging. Last item i brought said delivered but hadn't arrived wish customer service said it had been confirmed posted through a letter box i asked what address as I have not received it. They didn't know. So i asked them for carrier as I had no idea who they used yodel contacted them but they have never replied so i have no item no money don't bother

I ordered what I thought was a 5 head rotary electric shaver. i received a hair trimmer. Despite efforts to get a refund I seem to be going round circles with my emails. I think I am stuck with what i got. Won't be using this site again.

Products are good and usually delivered on time or early but the postage costs are prohibitive. Often more than the item and no conjoined postage. You pay £40 postage on separate items and they all come in the same black bag. I shall not use again until this is sorted.

Waited months for a pair of snow boots. Eventually gave up and went through the procedures of getting a refund. Avoid at all cost.

Bought 2 x fishing outfits supposedly Diawa...I ordered and paid for them to find out they were coming from China..it cost me £20 in postage and they came as one package.. Soon as I saw the full cost I tried to cancel but wasn't allowed Ithought Wish were UK based..I ordered 2 sizes above my size to make sure, yet they arrived 3 week later to find they were too small..I gave them to family as too much messing about to send back..Will avoid Wish from now on...All the clothes are snides..I'm surprised the company is still trading with all the terrible reviews.

I will NEVER use wish again. I ordered a freezer and 10 days later they said I had received it, when I told them I hadn't they said it was delivered to wrong address, when I asked what that address was they ignored it. I got a refund and I believe it's because I paid with PayPal. Whilst waiting for my non existent freezer to arrive I ordered what read like an electric toothbrush and two spare heads, what arrived was two spare heads and nothing else. I asked for a full refund and they refused saying the items I received were brand new. I said that under the consumer distance selling law they had to refund me because I reported it within the relevent 14days,they break every rule in the book even their own 30 day money back guarantee. In the end they refused to refund me so I reported them to PayPal and PayPal refunded me in full. Wish are a joke and I would advise people to steer clear.

Purchased 3 adults trousers and very disappointed again to receive child sizes. How do I know this, the packaging reads adults but the label inside the clothing reads child and commonsense you can see with your own eyes the clothing are small.

I no Wish is cheap and im aware that you get what you pay for, but the shipping costs and there "refund policy" is a total joke! Iv been buying stuff from them for ages but over the last few months, the courier they mainly use 'Hermes' is appalling! My orders have either been weeks n weeks late or haven't showed up atal! So if my orders are a 7 days past there del dates iv been getting refunds for them like there policy says im entitled to. I ordered 3 xmas presents end of Nov, all 3 were supposed to arrive by the 23rd, only 1 actually did! Iv just loged in to request a refund but they've flagged my account, refusing to give me a refund because iv had to many! Iv had 7 refunds in 8mths and only 1 order actually turned up! So what there issue is i dont know!? Its not like im breaking THERE rules or still receiving my orders after my refund! Now to un flag my account i have to order more stuff! More stuff that probably wont turn up and i wont get a refund for!
Im fuming, iv just spent the 'wish cash' i had, and when i no its apparently been shipped, im deactivating my account! What a joke! 😤

Wish reject my refund ! The product - mask shield isn’t as described, I complaint -as soon arrived but I was entangled in a useless app and although I requested help Wish didn’t provide. Timely when the refund period lapse they have the excuse no to refund my money,although I contacted customer services several times they ignore it at the end responded but without any progress. To the investigation of the credit card company they said “compeling evidence the costumer didn’t contact us”.They are abusive traders of the consumers and a total rip-off. I tried to find a clue in you tube but Wish disable the comments , understandable will be flowded of negative comments.It is an scam that sell garbage through misleadind adds. Should be investigated by the on line trade fraud!!!

Do not use this company in all costs. Avoid them. Even if you really wanted one of their items do not put your self through hassle. Worst customer service ever. Tried few weeks to get answers but no one even care. They just copy paste the last response and re-send it.Simply BIG FAT ZEROOOOO.

Items are cheap copies, some arrived and weren't working or complete. Stay away from this website at all costs, or you will wish you had. I had a watch with no hands, sizing is a problem too. Definitely do not bother, a load of cheap tat.
