please avoid this company as its a scam bought a phone recently from there website should have been brand new but its not the product what you recieve and doesnt work going through there customer service is like hitting a brick wall dont use wish worst company ever

Wrong size received which they agreed they had but then no redress. Automated messages and no other way of contacting them. Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with

I bought a Nicce hoodie adult size Large. When it arrived it had been sent from China and it was child size but with a label L. I uploaded photos of the hoodie to Wish but because the size label was L they said it was correctly sold. Do not buy on this site as you will receive the wrong product with no offer of refund or exchange.

Suddenly had items purchased but couldn't cancel because I didn't do it straight away. When they arrived they refused to let me return them and refund me even though I had already told them I hadn't ordered and didn't want items. Terrible customer service all online. I'm closing my account and won't be using them again.

update:
i filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission FTC in the USA. For them to investigate the fraudulent theft this WISH company website is globally committing theft and fraud. I wont get my 38 pounds back but it will hopefully help others. Wish needs shut down.

First and LAST time i ever buy from wish. I know know is a USAcompany.
Bought a blanket for my sister for christmas 35 pounds 38 inc shipping.
Never turned up, they never emailed me the receipt. i used my mastercard debit card.
took screenshot of amount i spent but later noticed i had no order number.
Cannot get a hold of eish all customer service did via messaging by email was send me links.
I found the seller seller refused to look up my order. i told them was def him i bought it from as its the only stitch blanket like that on wish. Again refused to look up my order telling me to message from the order page. Signed into wish and wish fdid not display that order.
So WISH will be reporting you for fraud to my bank to get my money back.

DONT buy from this website. i bought over 150 orders online this christmas WISH was the only one that stole my money.

There is no uk customer service number. Avoid this scamming website.

Got my parcel delivered, parcel was open and only an empty box inside, tried to get inTouch impossible. Do not buy from this company

Purchased Jabra headphones. What arrived looked like Jabra kit until I opened the packaging and found the product to be counterfeit. I bought two sets and both we counterfeit.

Sent gift to wrong address twice but still took money out the account.no replied from email. Don't buy by wish

AVOID - They do not respond to refund emails, sent back a car radio as it wasn’t compatible with my car. They provided me with a return label to return the product. 2 months of chasing and every time I reach out the ask for the tracking number and order date and every time I provide it, they keep telling me to wait to the item to be returned. 2 MONTHS FOR CHRIST SAKE. It was being returned to a UK address not even overseas.

AVOID AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

They scammed me on multiple occasions ans took my money when I didn't buy anything. I had to complain to my bank to get my money back. AVOID!

Please avoid this company, I asked to return a pair of boots, they gave me no return address when I asked for this via Online Chat and was advised that somebody would contact me regarding this which hasn't happened.

I ordered 25 pairs of trainers for charity over a year now, received only 4 pairs. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Having ordered a pair of red shoes, size 39, after several days they arrived in size 35.
I immediately notified them of the error and they acknowledged that I had ordered size 39.. refund was offered if I would pay for the return of the shoes, possibly sign for, which would be more expensive than the value of the shoes.
Told them that this is the last time I buy from Wish..
They are cheapskates and have no customer service

I bought a Chuwi laptop from wish. It lasted 6 weeks had it tested cheap motherboard the computer shop had seen many from wish also broken after a few weeks. Told I could have refund on return which I did then told that they would not refund, poor product and fraudsters totally untrustworthy

WISH.COM - This company operates without any ETHICS or MORAL COMPASS AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. In my opinion, they are DISHONEST, and a bunch of CON ARTISTS operating here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They had the nerve to ask me to review their company after refusing to refund me for a Coat that is too tight and cannot be worn. Before I ordered the coat, I contacted the store to ask about sizing. Based on the sizing information that was sent to me by the store (TAKITANI HAOTIAN, MAINLAND CHINA on WISH) I ordered the coat two sizes up to their measurements as their sizes are smaller.  So that means their measurements are WRONG if the coat is tight after going 2 sizes up. I CANNOT ZIP IT UP AND CANNOT USE IT AND IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING LIKE THE PHOTOGRAPHS WHICH I AM NOW STUCK WITH. They have refused to issue a refund for an item that I cannot use! BE WARNED AND DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! DO NOT SHOP AT WISH.COM!!

Stay away from this company. Absolutely abysmal service. Been trying to return dreadful cushion covers for weeks. I can't as they don't appear in my order history. Even though I've sent a screenshot of the PayPal payment I'm getting nowhere. Avoid like the plague

My wife was charged £36.24 we don’t have a wish account, we reported this to the bank which stopped her card and gave her a refund, the banks fraud office is looking into wish.
