Not received. Paid for 24h delivery!
I paid for 24h delivery and my Order was confirmed. After 24h I still did not receive anything (also checked Spam Folder).
I messaged them and I did not get a reply yet. It is now more than 48h.
The birthday is long over and even if I will receive it somewhen in the next days it will be useless.

Great Experience, but no customer service?
They did a great job composing the video! My partner and I loved it and will definitely be getting more. However, I made a mistake when setting up the order and couldn’t find a way to change my options. Is there anyone I can speak to that can help me now?

Works as expected
The enthusiasm was not as great as in their "featured" videos. Also they misspelled the text on the board (forgot one letter), which was not in English. I kind of expected this and the result still has its charm. The most important fact is that this service works and is not a scam. Just make sure to not use overly complex text.
