This is genuinely the worst casino i've even played on. Please for your own sake never play here. First of all they take fees for depositing???? That's not even close to the worst part, after depositing you have to wager your deposit 5x or you'll have to pay a 20% "commision fee" ontop of ur withdrawal. Not to mention withdrawal takes literal ages and the customer support is absolutely horrible. PLEASE NEVER PLAY HERE

The casino seems to be the perfect match for anyone willing to gamble. However there is an big edge for everyone, there is nothing on the deposit page and no info to be found unless you dig deep in the policies, u have to wager X5 of your "normal" deposit to be able to withdraw your funds without an 20% fee + extra depending on withdrawal size, that said, they are doing fool tricks to make you keep gambling and not withdraw your money.

Lets say you deposit €50, you have to wager over €250 euro to even be able to withdraw €50 without any penalities. To get out your initial €50 deposit, you will need to withdraw €65 which is insane.

Better of gambling somewhere else. Trash casino that doesent care at all.

This is incredible such a catastrophe casino stay away
I made a withdraw on 31-03-2025 around 25000 euro and after 1 day no status change. I open the chat which by the way is something which is not helping at all is just making you very nervous because and ask the normal question what is happening and the answer was
"Your withdrawal is in the queue to be reviewed. Your withdrawals will be processed as soon as possible. Due to the high number of withdrawals and increased traffic, it might take more time than usual."
After some hours i ask again and guess what, same answer
"As I can see, all 3 of your withdrawal requests are in queue to be checked and processed by our Financial Department. We would provide you with a specific timeframe, but this mainly depends on their current workload, which we, as support agents, have limited information on. I can, however, assure you that they will be processed as soon as possible. Your patience is wholeheartedly appreciated in this matter!"
After some hour again
"Yes, I see you have 3 withdrawal requests, 9900 EUR, 5000 EUR and 9900 EUR, at the moment, we are experiencing very high amount of withdrawals, therefore your withdrawals have not been processed yet, kindly note, that the Finance team is reviewing all the withdrawals in the queue order."
Today we start again but the answer.....
"Funds have been rolled back due to a technical error. I see you have requested new withdrawals.
They will be processed as soon as possible.

BUT i dont ask any new request and the counting of 1-3 days starts again.
