Im 100% honest i liked this casino in the beginning when they did what they were supposed to do. Its INSANE that its legal to do what they are doing. Its ok to deposit but when you want to withdraw they want you to sent bank statements and passport and all of that bullshit, why dont you want statements and passport BEFORE you deposit money on there. I don't understand why wisho casino…

I don't understand why wisho casino have so many bad reviews. I have been playing on wisho for a couple of years and have never had any problems with withdrawals or anything else.

Replying to complaints takes long

I made a complaint to Wisho over two months ago on june and the only answer I have got to this day is, that they are still investigating and can not say how long does it still take. I cant believe that there is not anykind of timeframe to give a customer, how long handling complaints can take. Especially when the case isnt that complex. So I dont know how long do I still havety wait, a month or six, a year? Anycase, hope no one else wont face any problems with Wisho, because the complaints handling can take a very long time.

Do not use this casino. It's a scam. I tried to make a withdrawal and was told that my bank doesn't accept withdrawals from wisho casino. I spoke to my bank and they told me this wasn't true. They will make excuses to not pay you. Absolute disgrace they should be investigated for fraud

Shamefull way to be treated as new customer

So i am on the site two weeks there was never ever a problem with these guys taken money from my bank .

They are part of winnerz casino for example.
If you self excluded your self because of gambling problems, you can still open an account and deposit even you should not be able to.

So here is the deal.

Winnerz casino blocked my account because of gambling issues/problems, and there for i shouldnt be able to open an account and deposit on your casino.

I even have proof it says ”due gambling problems” written by Winnerz casino support.

You decided to refund me my deposit now, because i stated and showed these documents. But AFTER i contacted chat, and not you contacting me.

They want you to give all your bankstatements to withdraw money but not when deposit.-

Im Swedish so my income is public, and very easy to access. Instead they tell me "not ask" to give me my bankstatements of last 3 months with everything included.

How is that in any way helping to regulate fraud? Other then them stealing private information selling it or keeping it for their own purpose "aka ads, selling personal information and whatnot".

Breaching the rules of GDPR, its a European based company in Estonia. And complying with SOW is answered by my yearly income statements from the govourment not my bankstatements what i spend my money on. This is not ok.

Also support has now closed for me after trying to help on this issue with no interests in solving the matter at all. All i get is an email saying "talk to them".
