Waste of Time!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share our experience with Wishpond to help others make an informed decision.
We were approached by their team with the promise of increasing our sales by enhancing our company’s online presence on platforms such as Google and Facebook. While we were initially skeptical, we decided to try their services for 3 months. However, based on their recommendation for better results, we committed to a 6-month subscription.
Unfortunately, over the entire duration, we did not receive a single lead. This was extremely disappointing, and we decided to cancel the service. The cancellation was only acknowledged a month later, during which time we were still being charged — a full month of additional, unnecessary fees.
Despite confirming the cancellation, charges continued even after services had ended. While the first unauthorized charge was eventually refunded after a month, the issue happened again, and as of now, we are still waiting for a resolution despite multiple follow-ups.
Our overall experience has been very frustrating and disappointing — not only did the service not deliver any results, but the billing issues and lack of timely support made it a waste of time and resources. I hope this helps others consider carefully before signing up.

Always available!
We were very glad to be paired with a team that not only spoke several languages, but also ensured to meet our time-schedule. We are an international business dealing in three different time zones, and our WishPond team ALWAYS met us on out terms and schedule. It is really great that all scheduled meetings stayed within the time-frame scheduled; but better yet was the fact that the team dedicated to us ALWAYS made time for us, even on short notice. We felt seen, heard, understood; we felt like we mattered. Thank you!!
Scam
They are filling my inbox with offers every day for the past month, this one person 'redacted' will not leave me alone. I have read the bad reviews and reddit comments and will not be using this company and yet they keep trying.
After I left this review, they are now telling Trustpilot that they want more information from me including my full name... this place is a risk

Good website creation, challenge to terminate service (subsequently resolved)
It is impossible to cancel your subscription with Wishpond. After multiple email communications, although they stated my request was being taken care of, they never canceled my monthly subscription.
My wesbite was moved to another website hosting company and Wishpond continued charging my credit card. You cannot cancel on their portal. You cannot remove credit card information, only change it.
Ultimately, I had to call my bank/credit card company to suspend any future recurrent charges from going through.
Addendum: After working with Wishpond, we reached a mutually agreed upon resolution. On a positive note, while I was with Wishpond, I was very satisfied with the website they made for my company and the tools they provide to help grow your company.

It’s a scam. locked me into a costly contract and has not done anything. Charged for several months and they didn’t do anything. Server was down and was still charged.
Do not use them there are many other legit companies.

I'm happy with the set up of my store, decorations and all about the ads and marketing.
Disappointing Sales Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with a Wishpond sales representative. The salesperson was aggressive and seemed more interested in pushing their agenda than actually listening to my needs and concerns. I would not recommend engaging with them if you're looking for a respectful and attentive sales experience.
Advice for the Sales Team and Management:
Even if you find that a lead is not promising, it’s important not to give the impression that they are wasting your time. Every lead deserves respect and proper attention, as you never know how future interactions might unfold.

Constant spam emails
I feel the reviews speak for themselves, however, the constant barage of spam emails from them despite requesting that they stop just shows what an unprofessional outfit this company is.
Any company that has to resort to spamming people to try and generate sales is, in my view, ethically and morally wrong.

STAY AWAY. Great company in concept, awful in execution. They can waste weeks, months, or years of your time by making the same endless mistakes over and over and over again. The marketing content they churn out is noticeably AI, and pure garbage.

Great team members on staff and all want to see your business grow. Many of my followers have commented on the sharpness of the content along with the message. The tools provided have been very helpful.
I would encourage business owners to include a Wishpond account manager to help manage content emails, social media postings, etc. Allowing me to work on the business and not in the business.
