Mr.Thomas explains everything very…

Mr.Thomas explains everything very well. He is open to questions as well. He takes time to ask questions after each slides and presentations, and listen to our queries and ensuring we both are in the same page. The most comfortable part was the flexibility of timings. Though we both are on different time zones, he stretches his time to our convenience.

A bunch of crooks

Reviewing really really terrible companies on Trustpilot is hard. You want to tell people exactly why you're upset about losing $3,000 to a company that promised so much and delivered absolutely nothing, but as soon as you cross an invisible line, the company tells Trustpilot that they have been defamed. I thought that's what courts were for.

So, unscrupulous companies can find ways of telling the world how great they are while those of us that have truly experienced being lied to and mislead get told to be more polite.

Anyway, please don't spend a nickel with Wishpond. I did so that you don't have to. Also, why are they based in Vancouver when all my contacts were zooming me from Colombia?

I wanted to discuss with you the bad review that you have left us on Trust Pilot, I acknowledge there is a lot to discuss and fix here based on your experience with us. If agreed, all I need you to do is to send me proof that you have successfully removed the negative review and in return, you have my confirmation that a refund will be issued to you."

Please use your judgement when considering all the positive reviews posted for Wishpond. There's something very similar is every one of them, posted by "people" who have rarely if ever used Trustpilot before. Trustpilot has guidelines regarding defamatory reviews, so my comments have been edited.

I'm really disappointed

I'm really disappointed in my experience with Wishpond. They promised me so much as a small business but none of it materialised. Its been a catalogue of disasters including failed (and sacked) account managers; time differences which just don't work; no-one being able to actually map my customer journey; work that wasn't checked; very poor copy; and extensive damage done to the DNS codes in my website leaving me with very inconsistent email delivery to my existing client base. I've had to terminate my contract and have wasted a lot of money for a small company. I'd reccomed avoiding Wishpond.

Unprofessional approach

Today, I received a spam (unsolicited) email from them and informed them I wasn't interested in their services due to the numerous bad reviews about Wishpond.

One of the Wishpond employees had the nerve to ask, "Which reviews were you looking at? I'm curious..." They also mentioned, "We do have a 3.8 (Great) rating on Trustpilot."

Can you believe they think a 3.8 rating on TrustPilot is impressive? All I can say is yikes.

Some of these reviews are very concerning. I do not like their approach and candid attitude towards these issues.

The negative and positive reviews are too extreme from each other; it makes me wonder about the validity of some of the positive reviews written about this company.

Making unauthorized charges!

Wishpond had been DE-authorized to continue charging my credit card, but they continued using my credit card like their personal bank account.

On top of that, after paying them thousands of dollars, they weren't even able to get one lead. The only way they stay in existence is by charging their clients for work they didn't do.

Spamming me with cold marketing. Even after writing an email to the abuse team of wishpond, I still get spammed by their employees, weeks after reporting them. Absolutely unprofessional.

Caution: Locked Into a Costly Contract with No Flexibility

I engaged with Wishpond, hoping for a fruitful partnership, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. About two to three months into the service, I realized it wasn’t working for me. I requested to end the agreement, assuming there would be some understanding, but I later learned I was locked into a 12-month contract. Despite my efforts to explain my situation, they declined to make any adjustments and responded in a way that felt more like legal posturing than customer support.

Over the course of the year, I paid $3600 and received only nine leads, none of whom responded to follow-ups. This raised doubts about the quality of the leads themselves. While their application initially appeared impressive, it turned out to be far too complex for an average user to manage without additional costly support—offered at a steep monthly fee.

I take responsibility for not fully understanding the contract I signed, but I share this to caution others. If you’re considering their services, I’d advise reading the fine print carefully and considering whether the offerings truly align with your needs. My intention is simply to help others avoid the disappointment and financial strain I experienced. In the end, I gained absolutely nothing from this experience. I feel misled and trapped into a service I couldn’t escape, leaving me deeply frustrated and disappointed. It was a significant waste of time, energy, and hard-earned money. This has been a hard lesson, but one I won’t forget. My advice to others: steer clear and save yourself the frustration. The primary solution I was offered was a popup designed to encourage visitors to request more information about a course I teach. They installed it on my website, but it was visually underwhelming and, as I mentioned earlier, entirely ineffective. For this, I was charged $300 per month as part of a locked-in 12-month contract.

Do Yourself a Favor, Hire Wishpond

I have worked with a fair amount of marketing and SEO companies over the years. They have all been relatively good and provided the results I expected. However, Wishpond has way surpassed my expectations and experiences with previous marketing companies. Not only have they delivered stellar ads and creative that I am so happy to utilize, they have just overall been such a pleasure to work with. You can tell the people that work at Wishpond really love what they do and the company they work for. From my first few intro calls with Sean Pearl to working with our current account manager, Paulina Mena..I am so happy to be working with Wishpond. I highly recommend them for anyone looking to grow their business!

Highly recommend!

Justin was my manager and he was and still is great! He always kept me informed of any questions the design team had; that made me feel like I was part of the design team! What they all put together is beautiful and worth every cent! Definitely a fabulous experience thus far and I can say for sure that we will continue our relation into the future. Justin my account manager broke everything down for me in terms I can understand and even sent instructions on how to do what they needed.

Highly recommend! As long as you respond to what the team has questions on it has been flawless!

The Best Marketing Team Account Manager in the Industry!

My experience has been absolutely amazing! I new to the online store world especially to the marketing aspect. My account manager has been informative, patient in guiding me through the process. This company does not deliver what they sell.

This company has terrible customer service and does not deliver what they sell. We have attempted to work with this company for months, and they are unable to provide any meaningful results. They have not been able to perform or meet a single commitment that they have agreed to. The data they did provide was incomplete, un-usable and irrelevant to what we contracted for. They also refuse to stop charging our credit card even though they have a clause in their contract that allows for cancellation, and we have demanded they stop.

We love Mbali

We are currently working on brand awareness with Mbali. She is so helpful & takes everything on board we ask her to do! She’s friendly & we always have a good laugh on our calls too which makes work way more enjoyable especially when you are going over things that a not necessarily easy to navigate. Hopefully in the next stage of marketing we will see some return and conversion after our brand awareness efforts. Thank you Mbali 🙌🏻

Andres and his team are the best!!

Andres, Lucas, Sarah, and everyone on my Wishpond Team have been amazing. And the Wishpond and Persist platform worked perfectly. It performed just how I needed it to and got me the new accounts that I was looking for. I am going to continue to use this platform to get more business because it actually worked and worked well. But also, my team has been very helpful, and attentive with everything. Andres and I are going to get together in the new year, and look at more tools in the platform, to really get my business and messaging cranking. Again, attentive and helpful. 5 stars from a very happy partner.
