Our service is very sporadic. We do have lots of trees, I was told you were working on something to help with reception through the trees. If you get something to help with the reception through the trees , we need it!!!

You keep telling us your going to move the dish to make our signal better but it hasn’t been down. It been two weeks. You came out a couple times to tell us the roof is to steep and you need other equipment but nobody has come back to do it.

I’ve been having a lot of problems getting connected to the internet!! You sent me a new router and it doesn’t work at all!! I put my new one back on and at least it works sometimes!! I have to turn my phone off and on a lot to get decent service. I have a business and need the internet!!
