It seems like once a week our service…

It seems like once a week our service goes out, we pay about $90 a month for service and get no credits or prorated discounts for days or times without service.

We want to say that Wisper is the best…

We want to say that Wisper is the best Internet that we have discovered for our area. They are on TOP of their game for Customer service and their Tech Support department is fantastic in getting Internet Issues fixed. I would highly recommend them . And I give them 10 stars*********

Our service is very sporadic

Our service is very sporadic. We do have lots of trees, I was told you were working on something to help with reception through the trees. If you get something to help with the reception through the trees , we need it!!!

You keep telling us your going to move…

You keep telling us your going to move the dish to make our signal better but it hasn’t been down. It been two weeks. You came out a couple times to tell us the roof is to steep and you need other equipment but nobody has come back to do it.

Poor

Still Experiencing outages I pay for a full month get maybe a half or less of Internet access been like that for a couple months wouldn’t mind some compensation

Good choice

Good choice
My internet has been very good since Wisper took over.Anyone I have dealt with has been very polite and were knowledgeable.
When I call I dont have much if any wait time.

The person who came out and installed the new equipment was very prompt and knowledgeable. He had my system up and running as quickly as he could. My service is running better than ever.

Love you Wisper! My son who is nonverbal and has Down syndrome has to have his tablet and watch his favorite movies, Wisper makes that all possible. Thank you!

I’ve been having a lot of problems…Not happy

I’ve been having a lot of problems getting connected to the internet!! You sent me a new router and it doesn’t work at all!! I put my new one back on and at least it works sometimes!! I have to turn my phone off and on a lot to get decent service. I have a business and need the internet!!
