Service is consistently unreliable. Customer service personnel are difficult to reach and unlikely to return communications after you do reach them. Frustrating to be in rural America where options are limited.

When the service works, it's great. It's the other times when we will randomly lose service, sometimes for a little while, sometimes for days, and when we try to contact customer service we usually get no response, whether we call and leave a message or email. If I had any other choice I would change service providers but I don't. Randomly losing service I can almost handle. It's the lack of customer service that speaks to what kind of company this is.

Our technician told us there was nothing he could do to fix our spotty service. Our internet is unattainable 90% of the time. We are left with no other option but to shop around for other providers.

I'm very happy with my internet service. We stream alot and the service has been very good. Hardly ever down. Great group of people there who I know work hard to keep our internet up and running.

Overall the service is great, but have noticed for the past 4 to 6 months the service is interrupted at between 10 pm to 12 am. Constantly getting kicked off during that time period.

I want to give praise to Wisper internet. It is a very good service. Our church had. I internet for years. Two months prior to covid hitting we had Wisper internet installed.
I am Thankful for the service, we had no troubles at all throughout the pandemic. I never knew we would ever be having church over live-streaming and now that we have started it os a weekly part of our ministry. Thank you Wisper for being part of our ministry for the sake of the Gospel of Jesus
I would also like to say, Kyle Brumfield is an awesome, mature, very knowledgeable tech and it is always a pleasure to work with him. He truly is a valuable asset to your company

Took over 8 weeks and four tech visits to finally raise our radio height to allow signal. We’ve been told the signal has been getting interrupted and they don’t know why. Every time a tech came out and worked on it they would leave and 10 minutes later it would stop working, since they closed the ticket we had to start over with customer service. Techs are great, overall customer service is awful!

Long time customer all the way back to joplin.com, stauffer, & now wisper. We have been visited a couple of times lately by always friendly Wisper staff. Seems service from the tower is good when located from across the Joplin Mo Airport. But sooner or later the service drops off resulting in intermittent reception. No true explanation is given. I understand there are only 3 locations served by this tower. Two of them are next door to each other. Neither of us receive good consistent service. What’s happening & can or will it be corrected?

For the first 8 years I owned my home on the outskirts of town I was unable to get internet service due to my home’s location. Then I called wisper. For the last two years they have provided our service when no one else could and we couldn’t be happier ! Thanks again . We appreciate all you do.

Even though I can see the Wisper antenna from my home through connection is terrible. I had put my service on hold while on an extended vacation and when I returned and activated the service I had no internet service for almost the entire time prior to leaving again on another extended leave.
I was told I’d receive a $30 reduction on my bill and I’ve not seen that come to fruition. I don’t understand why I had to pay anything for NO SERVICE.
If it is not corrected I will switch back to a previous lousy service which was still somewhat more reliable

I called Wisper for technical problems that I was having with my WiFi. I spoke to customer service and she said that technical support would give me a call back to assist me. It took them so long to call back (about two months) that I completely forgot that I even called. When technical support did call they were not very helpful.

I have had trouble with my internet for a month and have called multiple times. There has been a technician scheduled to come and fix it twice. I have waited all day with no call no show. It seems like I’m getting the run around when I call. The customer service has not been good in my case.
