Smooth and easy process for financing the car. I have just started the finance period so this rating is based on the finance process and not on the customer services after financing... as I don't have any customer services experience with them at the moment. I hope their after services are also easy and good. And there would be no fuss for clearing the loan early as they have stated/advertised.

The whole process was very easy; From the information they provided in the emails to the final contract and signing it. The app is very good, tells you everything you need to know. The emails that i continue to get, about their business and the ways you can pay off your loan, proves you are not just a number, and they care. their customer service is second to none.
They are one of the best financial companies in the business.

My experience was flawless really I passed on what I was looking for any details required and asked for a few options to consider.

I received options and advised of differences to think about between those options before making my decison.

Had not been pressured into making a decison and had been on somewhat of a tight deadline and Andrew was more than helpful. Received the funds for our new camper quite quickly once we had made the decison and the rest is history.

So flexible with payment options and encouragement for paying off my loan faster. So used to credit companies just wanting to take, Wisr seems to actually care about reaching goals and being debt free. The Wisr app is great!

The application through the app was the easiest part but it went downhill from there. I was asked to provide a payout letter for a current loan that included the BPAY information on it to pay out that loan. I sent through the payout letter and recent statement which showed the BSB and account number for payment. I was asked again to provide BPAY information for the current loan. I contacted my current provider 4 times, each time taking 30 minutes to get through. Each time I was advised that ANZ do NOT have BPAY facilities to pay out personal loans. I told Wisr this on several occasions, to the point where I was sent screenshots of BPAY options from ANZ’s website, which I found very patronising.
In the end, I had someone call me from Wisr again and I said you either need to accept that they do not have BPAY facilities for personal loans or I need to cancel this application. While he was talking to me, he was again checking ANZ’s website and said that there was information on the site for BPAY transactions. Once again, I informed him that this is NOT to pay personal loans. Finally he said he would escalate it and on the same day the loan was approved.
Overall this experience was utterly ridiculous. It took way longer than it should have, I constantly received emails saying I should be using a portal to upload my information and when questioned, was told this was an automatic email and to ignore it, and the staff seemed more interested in not believing me and thinking I was doing something wrong than trusting that I had nothing to gain by making the process more difficult.
They are very quick to spam you with calls, texts and emails once they need something from you, but if you’re waiting on them, they provide very little in the way of updates.
Now that the loan has settled, I truly hope it gets easier from here. The app has been the only good thing about the experience so far. All up it took 3 weeks to finalise.

I was fortunate enough to have anthony as the main man in charge and wow he made the whole loan experience easy and comfortable. Iv never had finance before so it was a scary thing to look in to but when anthony called and we started chatting he explained everything really clearly and made me feel as though i could trust him.

When i had a spare second to message him a question i had it was at 7:30pm and by 7:35pm anthony replied with an answer. Working day and night to make his customers happy. Truely a great experience, thank you anthony and team savvy. Would highly recommend

Changed debit order date and Mary who helped me was easy to deal with.

Amazing service and good customer care

There was some issue with the email link to finalise the signing of the contract.
WISR personnel did their very best to rectify but it was an IT issue.
Contract was signed using an alternative method to meet settlement time.
Well done WISR.
Personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable.

It was easy stress free and the after care and app is amazing
