Really good product and very responsive team. This company places customer service at a premium, and it really makes a difference.

I enjoyed my subscription. The products do work, and I like they are curated by a dermatologist.

Instead of sending me a text and email letting me know they would be processing my shipment so that I could adjust the shipment date and products being sent, they went ahead and processed the payment and now wouldn't let me return the product (even though it hasn't been sent) and refund payment.

The person was able to come up with a solution immediately

I was charged twice for a trial within just a few days of each other. Something about the whole website is really fishy. No phone number. No easy “unsubscribe” button.

It's crazy but when I got the trial box, it seemed to be working and it didn't peel off my skin....and then, I got 2 months supply box. Dark spot formula got thicker and didn't seem to penatrate, but peeled off. It helped a little with dark spots, but not so much. The future formula that has tretinoin doesn't seem to help with wrinkles at all. And the eye formula did NOT help with crows feet,puffiness or dark circles. Another thing that really made me upset, I ran out of Dark Spot a week and a half before next cycle and u would think that they will give u more of the formula ur using twice a day than future formula that ur using only at night. I opened up the bottle with some tools and I felt cheated: there was another smaller bottle inside and the amount that fits there isn't even the whole amount because there's also a space on the bottom of the smaller bottle. So when u look from outside, it's not the amount at all. How are u supposed to make progress if u r running out of one of the 2 main products in my skin routine?? I'm pretty upset and I don't want this anymore, I am going to try Musely and they have 30% off quite often. So I'm pretty much done. They do not live up to what they advertise. Those women on their ad?! Come on guys: they are paid actresses. Probably either already had work done or they fixed up their pics, those photo shop apps are on Google play so everyone is doing it. Duh!! So I do not recommend this anymore!!! Try Musely, I should have went with them before dropping $200 on Agency.

I find that the products have helped my skin in terms of firmness, healthy skin and wrinkles. I appreciate being able to get prescription medication on line. The care the Doctor uses to review my facial pictures and skin condition per pictures and report from me are keen and welcome. But, Agency is putting my order on hold for the silly reason that their product has lasted so long that they think my order needs a hold. This bothers me

Hooked on the products after the trial. It's about $200-300 every 2 months after the trial. There are less expensive ways to do this, but their ingredients are top-notch. I can see a reduction in pore size after 2 weeks, and cannot wait to see how it helps long term. Customer service is helpful and responsive through email, as well as messaging your dermatologist through the site.

Customer service was Awesome. Stress free! As it should be. I honestly never experienced this great of Customer service before. They get A++++++
