The agent helped me resolve my issue. Sammy was clear, communicative, transparent, and very helpful. I felt immediately at ease and taken care of by them.

This was so much better than the initial AI chatbot that almost caused me to cancel my subscription.

P.S. Trustpilot requiring me to sign in or sign up just to submit this review causes friction. I'd recommend changing that.

I had an issue with the pump on my bottle of eye cream and customer service took care of it the same day! The experience was hassle free

Communicating with Agency was so easy. They helped resolve my problem easily. There dark spot corrector is the best!!!!!! I recommend their products. I unfortunately had to cancel my subscription due to new medication my doctor put me on because of a pulmonary fibrosis and COPD diagnosis.

Actually Sammy made my experience great she is an absolute asset to the company... Helpful professional and very knowledgeable.... In a time when you don't see a lot of caring that person generally cares I don't know if she's the only Sammy in the company but we spoke South Carolina time 9:00 in the morning so that helps any to make sure it's the right person or the company is good this person is beyond great and went well above and beyond that it was very much appreciated.... Please be sure to let her know how wonderful she was and get her a copy of this positive review I'm sure it's because of her that many people stay with the company

I like your product, it’s expensive but I can say it works. Especially I like the dark spot formula and the future formula, the product is great. No complaints over here

Custom Formula has been magical on my skin. I used to have a dry and dull skin, this product has changed it and transformed it to shiny and full in the past 6 months.
