Very kind and understanding customer service. And the products are superb for my skin.

I have used this product for a year now. With each new shipment of $90 the prescription was said that it had changed each time (at my request) but was no different. The cleanser they send never lasted the entire time as ww. You are unable to purchase items individually which is ridiculous in my opinion and I do believe this company does not change future formula to customers requirements and then councils you to “continue using fir longer to see results”. Unfortunate company. After a patient year of using their product I cancelled my subscription today.

Great service, very quick to respond and help!

I had a faulty product dispenser and it was handled quickly and professionally. The customer service rep never questioned me or made me feel bad for bringing it to their attention. Thanks you to a quick response and shipment, I have my replacement in hand about 3 days later and I LOVE it!! This experience was a wonderful one for me and gave me a great first impression of this company.

Products and their dispensers can fail. But this service rep for Agency did NOT. 10/10 service!

They were very helpful! An issue arose and i didn't quite understand the problem, nor how to fix it. So I emailed them. They responded in a timely manner and helped fixed the issue completely! They are truly hands on for their clients!

I'll preface this review by admitting that I am both a physician and in no way sponsored nor affiliated. This is hands down one of the best products I've ever used for my skin and I've tried multiple formulations of tretinoin in the past (gels, creams, a313, AlphaRet Overnight). Not only would it take months to see a dermatologist (who charged hundreds of dollars for a 10 min visit), I still had to wait another couple months to have a prior authorization completed and approved for a tretinoin prescription. After all that, I was left with a product that felt either egregiously heavy or excessively drying for my oily skin and the outcome of persistently irritated skin was never worth the effort. The experience I had with Agency and my PA Vanessa was everything you'd want from a clinic. The whole process was seamless, efficient, and surprisingly personable. I've been using the formula she prescribed and compounded for me for the last couple of months and I will never go anywhere else after this. The product comes in a pump and the texture of the cream is light and silky, rather than sticky or oily. It absorbs quickly and feels refreshing and hydrating. I've already noticed significant improvement in my pores, oil regulation, hyperpigmentation and texture changes. I am sold on this for life and highly recommend this for anyone.

Future formula is fantastic and it actually lasts me the full 2 months ! They check in with you to see how your skin is and if adjustments are needed. Any issues or problems you just text them snd they respond asap. $60 for 2 months, no hassle of doctors apts or insurance.
