Elara connects patients with licensed providers for personalized, hormone aware care across weight management, sexual wellness, hair restoration, skin, and anti-aging. Elara GLP-1 weight care includes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (GLP-1 and GIP) injections, prescribed only when a licensed provider decides treatment is appropriate. Needed help on how to cancel/pause my account
I sent a message to support on how to cancel or pause my account because I wanted to come off the meds to prepare to try for another baby and they were great about it. Congratulated me on my next phase of life, offered to pause my account until I'm ready to start again or cancel whichever I preferred. They didn't pressure me about staying on the medication or reducing my price, just respected my decision and helped pause my account.

4 stars only because if the medication gets to strong its hard to adjust the dosage when you are in the middle of a 3 month supply. Other than that I've lost 30 lbs in the last 5 months, feel great and looking better every week!

I’ve only had a great experience with Elara. They were the first and only company I have used for my Tirz. Even when they made a mistake with my order, they did the right thing quickly with no questions asked. The app is easy to use and manage your account and if you have to cancel it’s super easy with just a click of a button. Highly recommend I’ve been using them for 9 mths now

My elara experience has been so good
My elara experience has been so good! I worried at first because I wasn’t able to talk to any customer service but as it turned out they were experiencing trouble and wasn’t able to respond to any of their customers. Since they have gotten that straightened out they have been super easy to communicate with and it’s so economical and convenient. It has changed my life for the better.
