I was hesitant to buy the lamps, because a lot of things I read online said you could buy the same type of lamp a lot cheaper. I bought a total of 9 for gifts for family members. I have been so pleased with this company! First, when having issues and thought my lamp didn't work (I was pushing the wrong button), I contacted customer support, and they told me right away what I was doing wrong. I contacted them again recently because I threw away the plastic cover that I thought was just supposed to keep the lamp safe during shipping. I asked where I could purchase another, and Isabelle promptly sent me out one free of charge! This is unheard of, especially for something that wasn't their fault.

Ordered the light. took a while to get. When I got it, I charged it up and was able to use it one time but that was it. Charged it overnight again thinking that was the issue and then used it again and it worked. I go to use another time and it doesn’t work. So I figure it’s just another online purchase that I got ripped off on. I sent a email to their customer service and not expecting even a response. I got one within 24 hours! Turns out I was not using the main power button properly. Once I figured out to use that button, I was able to use it many times. So it was user error! It’s a great little lamp with all the different colors and the Bluetooth connectivity and also with the white noise option. It’s a great little lamp. I love it!! Thanks, havie!

The speaker wasn’t working properly with my lamp, so I reached out to let them know. Isabelle was incredibly lovely and got a new order out to me free of charge!

Isabelle was fantastic. Had inputting a wrong shipping address and emailed customer support. Within an hour, they had followed up, changed the address, and confirmed. Great responsive support.

Despite the comments on Reddit and forums stating that this company is a dropshipper, their customer service and processing are remarkable. I'm hard-pressed not to do further business with them. I've had a phenomenal experience with the company and Isabelle; she sorted out my troubles swiftly and satisfactorily <3 (FYI I can't change my Google account name)

Absolutely love my lamp! I use it every evening. After about one month though it started making a humming sound so I emailed support. They were extremely kind and understanding and sent me a new lamp. Excellent customer service!

I was having trouble turning my Havie lamp on at first and reached out to customer service. Isabelle was absolutely wonderful and quick to respond with a video tutorial. I still had some hiccups understanding that you have to hold your thumb for a long pause over the Havie logo itself, but she perservered and we finally figured I just wasn't doing that. Thanks to her, I am now enjoying my lamp all the time!
