Real customer service
Several times now with several different companies, I have had to email them because I accidentally used a work group email attached to my phone when I paid for an item. This usually results in tons of spam email sent to ten different people in my office and it’s embarassing. When I ordered my Havie lamp, I made the same old mistake and expected the result I have always gotten. Nevertheless, I contacted Havie customer service. Isabelle immediately messaged me and changed the address. THEN, she resent the receipt to my new email. This is true customer service and shows that Havie is a cut above the rest. Thank you Isabelle.

I was extremely disappointed when I realized my order had been stolen, especially since I don't often make online purchases, but Isabelle was so helpful in walking me through each step toward getting my order replaced. I ordered my first Havie lamp just before Christmas and I was in love. It has so many cool features I wasn’t expecting, it also creates the best vibe in my office space - So much so that I ordered a second one for home!
