After my parcel was delayed, she stepped in immediately to resolve the issue, addressing the situation with impressive speed and professionalism. We had an issue with a lamp not…

We had an issue with a lamp not levitating correctly. Reached out to the customer support team and they requested a video of the issue. I recorded the video, sent it in and they are sending a replacement. Very thankful for the speedy relieved and solution provided by this team.

Help with my Havie remote

I reached out to the Havie support team b/c the Havie lamp that I had received as a birthday gift seemed to have a defective remote. Isabelle was very kind to respond and provide detailed information and even included a video to show me how the remote actually works. Turned out the remote was not defective, but the instructions for it were a bit confusing. I really appreciated her help and things are working perfectly now. Thanks so much Isabelle!!

Real customer service

Several times now with several different companies, I have had to email them because I accidentally used a work group email attached to my phone when I paid for an item. This usually results in tons of spam email sent to ten different people in my office and it’s embarassing. When I ordered my Havie lamp, I made the same old mistake and expected the result I have always gotten. Nevertheless, I contacted Havie customer service. Isabelle immediately messaged me and changed the address. THEN, she resent the receipt to my new email. This is true customer service and shows that Havie is a cut above the rest. Thank you Isabelle.

Great customer service from Isabelle!

Isabelle was super helpful in figuring out why my lamp wasn’t working. I didn’t properly read the directions (lol) and she was kind and thorough in her explanation of how it worked. Her response was quick. Thank you so much, Isabelle! I am loving my Havie lamp thanks to you!

Awesome Customer Service

I was extremely disappointed when I realized my order had been stolen, especially since I don't often make online purchases, but Isabelle was so helpful in walking me through each step toward getting my order replaced. She was very responsive and communicative in the process. She was so sweet and kind, and empathetic toward my situation. In a time when it feels like the quality of customer service is deteriorating, Isabelle was such a breath of fresh air. This is precisely the kind of customer service interaction that will have me spreading the word about this company, and I haven't even received my products yet.

I ordered my first Havie lamp just…

I ordered my first Havie lamp just before Christmas and I was in love. It has so many cool features I wasn’t expecting, it also creates the best vibe in my office space - So much so that I ordered a second one for home! Customer service was also very kind when I couldn’t track my package and gave me the info I needed in a timely manner. Highly recommend this lamp! :)

Fast customer service…

I thought I had an issue with my brand new lamp, so I emailed the company… They got back to me quickly with exactly what I needed to do and we’re very kind in their correspondence. Looking forward to using the lamp for a long time.

You can trust Havie

You can trust Havie ! I received my lamp under 5 days, it’s stunning, it has many more features than what I thought ! Great quality product, I’m really pleasantly surprised ! Also, the customer support service is excellent, I sent an email and they replied on the same day, refunded what needed to be. Havie really cares about their customers’ satisfaction, and I was even more pleasantly surprised for this as well. Isabelle was very kind and concerned about my problematics, great thanks to her and the Havie team ✨✨✨
