I found that I did not have a remote in the package and there was no charge light when trying to charge . I give a three because of this . However the service provided by Isabelle at support was incredible . She is a credit to the company how efficient and respectful as we worked through my issue. Excellent employee
Christmas Havies Great Customer Service
I ordered a few Havie's for Christmas gifts and was a bit apprehensive because I saw it on FB and it was a mailorder company. I kept one for myself and it's now April and my remote has never worked, though my grandsons have expressed loving there's. I finally reached out to the company and I received an immediate response from Isabelle! We have corresponded back and forth to get this resolved and she was always quick to respond and clear on what to do! I now have my new remote on its way! Troubleshooting Help
I was having issues with the battery life on my lamp, but I didnt realize that if the remote is used to turn the lamp off, it stays in sleep mode, thus draining the battery. I thought the light was simply not working. Isabelle did a great job explaining it all to me and troubleshooting. While I wish the remote could be used solely for the on and off of the lamp, I still really enjoy the way the colors move and the various options of colors.

Great customer service, I sent the product to my old address on accident and asked them to change it the same day I ordered, that came back the next morning and said it had shipped already but they would gladly send me another one to the correct address!
Ordered 3 of the Havie Lights
Ordered 3 of the Havie Lights, they were delivered within a week and all 3 worked great without issues. We've already used them a couple of times and they definitely look a lot nicer than some of the cheaper versions on Amazon which we tried first.

The product itself is a dream. But the support team is extra wonderful! I’m in love with our lamps, but I didn’t realize there was a secret-touch sensor to power up the lamp. When I reached out for help, they were so friendly and made it so easy. Honestly the best product and customer service I’ve ever experienced that all started with a cute Instagram ad :)

I had one of my lamps suddenly stopped working properly when the motor died. I reached out via email, and quickly got a response from Isabelle. She was fantastic about replacing my lamp, which was under warranty. She was professional, polite, and compassionate. I adore my lamps, but the excellent customer service really endears this company to me.

They were quick to respond when I had an issue with the lamp. They took the time to explain what was happening and how to fix it. When another issue came up and couldn’t be resolved, they replaced the lamp without any hassle.

Outstanding customer service
I ordered a lamp for my brother’s birthday gift, and there were some complications with the delivery causing a couple months of delay. I reached out to the company through email and Isabelle responded quickly and very helpfully, immediately getting a new order set up for me. It was honestly probably the best interaction I’ve had when ordering something online and working out delays or problems. Isabelle was very understanding and super helpful in getting things sorted out.
