Great product and real people doing customer service

I love the lamp! I'm always wary of Instagram ads, but this is genuinely a good product. It's bright, you can change the colors, and the built-in speaker is pretty good. I use it every day for my nightly meditations. Unfortunately, the remote that came with it didn't work, so I haven't been able to use the timer setting yet, but one of their customer service agents, Isabelle, has been very helpful and shipped me a new one free of charge. They are REAL people, not bots, so response time isn't immediate, but nothing outrageous. You can tell they genuinely want to help you and aren't trying to cut corners. Highly recommend!

Love the light

Love the light. Gives the perfect cozy vibes. My toddler daughter even lost the remote and the company sent me a new remote. Great customer service. 10/10 recommend!

Love Havie

I had originally ordered a Havie for myself, and my kids loved it so much and each wanted their own. I placed a second order for a couple more, and they ended up getting lost in shipping (no fault to Havie). I contacted customer service and my situation was promptly and professionally handled quickly by Isabella. She got a couple lamps back out to us right away and was so friendly and helpful in the process.

a lamp-lover’s ode to havie

i purchased three different lamps, many months ago, and i’m glad to say they’re all still perfectly lampful. i had contacted havie’s customer support regarding the integrity of one of the lamps, but i was mistaken, and the lamp was perfectly fine. still, the customer support team was kind and helpful as i could have ever hoped for.

Delivery Delay

I ordered my Havie light without and concerns however did have delay in receiving a tracking number and after 10 business days had still not received my order. I contacted the help desk and spoke with Isabelle who was extremely helpful. Unfortunately the order had somehow been lost in transit. Isabelle was extremely helpful and organised for this to be replaced without any hassle. She has also continued to help and answer any of my questions since then. This is a gift I have purchased for someone else so haven’t been able to test the product yet or see how they have gone.

Customer Service Fixed My First Impression

At first I was frustrated due to delivery delays. But Isabelle with Havie Customer Service responded to my complaint e-mail with fantastic follow up. I now have my Havie lamp and love it, but it is really Isabelle's thoughtfulness and attention to detail that impressed me the most and will keep me coming back in the future!

I love it for my massage therapy…

I love it for my massage therapy studio, at first I couldn’t understand why it wasn’t turning on. I contacted customer service,they were quick to respond with an instructions and a video to help me. It’s a soft touch on the side to turn it on. It seems to run out of battery quick if you use it all day for massages so I keep it plugged in. The light is calming

Incredible Support and a Brand I Love 🥰🥰

I had a great experience with Havie Support, especially with Isabelle. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process.

I was having issues with my lamps, and thanks to her clear guidance and a simple tip about the touch activation, everything is now working perfectly. What really stood out was how invested she was in making sure the issue was fully resolved — not just giving a quick answer, but actually caring about the outcome.

On top of that, I absolutely love Havie as a brand. The coziness and charm of their products bring such a peaceful, warm vibe to my room — it’s exactly what I was looking for.

It’s rare to come across support that feels this personal and effective, combined with products that truly deliver on their promise. I really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend Havie based on this experience.

We’ve loved our Havie lamp and the…

We’ve loved our Havie lamp and the vibes for our evening wind-down time but have had a few questions about it, and Isabelle has provided us with the best customer service! She replied quickly and thoughtfully to my emails and helped get our lamp back to working perfectly with her troubleshooting tips. So thankful for such kind and helpful customer service!

I love these lamps

I love these lamps! They make for a very calm atmosphere. Also perfect for the romantic vibe too, just enough light instead of candle light to still be able to see everything.
I had a bit of trouble operating them at first but Isabelle was a huge help and explained what I had been doing wrong. Thank you for that!
I would purchase again.
