Customer service rep was super helpful and figured out my dilemma so well I placed a +100 new order!

I was initially a bit confused on how to use the lights, but their customer support team helped me figure it out and everything is working perfectly now.

I initially purchased 2 for my room and after seeing how they light up other parts of my house, I purchased 3 more. The quality and effects of the product are a game changer, especially if you're hosting people and want to create a fun environment.

The turntable in one of the two lamps I ordered didn't work, so I wrote to find out what could be done. Isabelle quickly followed up and offered to replace the defective lamp. When they're working, they're great. The remotes work well, and having brightness controls and the many lighting modes is nice.

I made a mistake in double ordering on the website. I reached out through the customer support email link and was credited back with no questions in a very timely fashion. Excellent customer service!

The Havie company advertises their lamp as a unique lamp with all the features involved.

On first glance, this seems to be true. Originally the company was called Lumie and rebranded to Havie. I first bought lumie lamps and was very satisfied with my purchase.

HOWEVER, when I wanted to buy another lamp, the website didn't exist anymore. Lumie was rebranded to Havie. When I purchased a lamp from Havie, I actually got a Lumie lamp instead (old batch of products). After checking thoroughly, Havie is a company that DROPSHIPS (reselling products from another company without keeping stock), basically reselling products as their own by printing their label on existing lamps. I found the exact same lamp for a fraction of the cost without the rebranding. I'd heavily advise NOT TO BUY from Havie. Not that they don't give you what you want, but I wouldn't want to sponsor a company that falsely advertises and resells people's work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! the product is unbelievably cheap. it came super late and broke within the first two weeks. For the price it is a piece of garbage

Got two lamps for the living room - better than I was expecting and I had high hopes. The customer service was excellent. Had a question about the delivery and they reached out almost instantly and made sure to answer my question. Very helpful. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVE my Havie lamp! I was having trouble getting one feature to work the way that I wanted. I emailed customer service and Isabelle replied and explained the solution and it worked perfectly!

I had trouble powering on my havie and wrote an email to support. My question was answered swiftly with care and concern. My own user error was to blame but the team member didn’t make me feel like a fool for not knowing what to do. Would recommend :)

Product works terribly but Isabelle with customer service was amazing!

Isabelle was incredibly considerate, kind and efficient at communicating my different options for fixing any issues, as well as validating any concerns/anxiety. I would now not only recommend the great product, but the company/people behind this product that add to the overall experience.

Havie’s customer service is excellent. I had an issue with one of the lights I purchased, and Havie was responsive and solved the issue for me. I was a little nervous at first because these lights are not cheap, but I was given peace of mind after speaking with Isabelle.

Lamps are absolutely beautiful and make warm light light water waves on the walls. Delivery process war hard, Isabelle had to sent it out three times till it finally was delivered. Not her fault, but still, her support was amazing - and she helped until they really arrived. A huge thank you to Isabelle.

The instruction manual was a little vague. I emailed customer support and Isabelle replied quickly with helpful instructions! Once I figured out how it works, it is a great product! So many options!! I love my Havie!

Do not recommend. The light is great when it actually works, however 80% of the time it doesn’t turn on. The buttons are faulty. I bought two lamps & they’re the same on each product. Can get cheaper elsewhere
