I consider myself incredibly tech saavy, I work in tech, and this was one of the most challenging user interfaces I have ever tried to navigate. There is WAY too many options, drop downs, no cent... See more

We booked a hotel through withjoy. They took upfront payment. It appears as though they then booked through booking.com (which is a book now pay later thing) but when it came to pay later they didn't. So the booking was cancelled by booking.com and we didn't find out until turning up. Don't bother. Just book through booking.com
The team! They are amazing people and super helpful at any time of the day, like 24/7! Love the team and appreciate them all! I'm super grateful for all their help, support and directions!
Great customer service! I wish I would have reached out even sooner. They helped with even the smallest of questions!
I’m starting this review now but will be back to write more. Under no circumstances should you use this website. The registry is a total scam and is currently holding thousands of dollars hostage. There is literally, LITERALLY no human you can speak to, it is all an AI email that sends you in circles. Items are not available and even when they say they are, they never get shipped. You can’t take the credit out for cash or gift cards either. Thousands of dollars have been stolen from us. I’ve been in circular AI email hell for the last two months with this trash website. DO NOT USE IT.
Great website, easy use, very helpful and fast customer service, excellent functionality, they are very flexible and offer lots of designs from which to choose so you can make it feel personal. Really reasonable prices.
Website is great but the registry struggles. Very first gift someone purchased for us had a problem. There's some kind of opaque backend payment flow through Joy. The integration with Stripe isn't working. Their support email address is just an AI bot named "Joy" who couldn't understand what I was asking for and just repeated troubleshoot steps that I had already laid out to it that didn't previously work.
I use the site just to RSVP and it’s been great. It’s been easy and I can’t wait for my guest to use it.
Good website to have everything for your wedding in one place. However, it’s not very user-friendly! Nothing is very intuitive and some functions seem like they don’t work. When I asked the annoying AI agent to send me a human customer service rep, he was very helpful.
My fiancé and I are both pretty tech savvy so we eventually figured out everything we wanted, but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who wants building your site to be simple and straight forward.
We had a lot of issues with the site from the last week. All the site was glitchy and lags all the time. Few options never worked. But Jaithra and CH helped us a lot to solve our issues on the site. Joy customer service is a top notch and we like to drop a feedback to improve the RSVP and guest list interface and add advanced sorting and also it should allow customization for the RSVP page.
If anyone who are paying for Text messages then you are scammed. They do not offer any customisation for the text messages. It does look like a phishing message. We like to pass a feedback that they need to improve the messaging system. Zola offers custom messaging system even if it’s a payable service.
Even though there are a lot of issues on the site we got a very good customer experience from Jaithra and CH.
A difficult experience made right by WithJoy. I recommend diligence when booking a hotel through their portal. They use third-party booking sites like Expedia and those can have strict non-refundable policies. Long story short, Isabella and others at Joy pretty much bent over backwards to get the policy waived for me even though the actual hotel had no problem authorizing the cancelation and refund. It was out of the hotel's hands to actually do it since it was booked third-party. After much hands-on action by WithJoy, my cancelation with refund was approved by whoever they had to talk to, but it took some doing and a lot of time spent with emails and phone calls. So if you book your hotel through Withjoy, just know that when they say non-refundable, well, I'd either choose the refundable option or call the hotel yourself. Update: they called me and we spoke for at least a half hour and they told me they will be reviewing my case company-wide to make the guest hotel booking experience better. Can't ask for more than that.
Booked a hotel through wedding website for event in 4 months. Not informed non-refundable. Discovered credit card charge by Joy and was surprised immediately charged. Called hotel and found out there was no reservation made for me. Also discovered that rate was higher than hotel charges (with cancellations). A total scam! Do not pay for anything using their site.
I used this tool to create invitations and manage RSVPs for 3 events until now (1 wedding and 2 christenings). For a free tool you get more than you need and hats off for their customer support, very responsive, helpful and professional.
Karthik was great! There was an ongoing issue w/ editing people from the guest list. Karthik was able to do so by the grace of God! If anything comes up again, I will go to the chat.
I wish I could give a negative number. I made a booking and the wedding got cancelled - could not get any refund and worst customer service ever.

I really enjoy the help that is available when I'm working on the website. With the help, I was able to create tags and add events that are specific to my guests. It would also be really nice to be able to add a photo to the schedule similar to how the map is a selection that can be made. The ability to add a photo of the invitation to the schedule will help my guests as they track details of the upcoming events. I hope that is something that can be added to the platform, it will really allow me to streamline my events using your website.
Super responsive team, gave custom solution for our RSVP page help and made it fantastic.
So easy to make a website for someone who has never made one before. The customer service team were so helpful and responsive with all my queries and were able to personalise my website to exactly what I wanted. I'm so surprised that this is a free service.
Great customer service, thanks Venkat for helping us you are awesome!
CH was incredible and very kind. He was able to help me with my issue very fast! Give him a raise!!!
