Lovely bracelet I've had many compliments with mine, but i placed my order and noticed my delivery address was wrong, so emailed the company within 2 minutes of placing order. I also messaged directly off the web site In total I sent 5 messages and emails unfortunately I'm still waiting for a response now..I've managed to track and collect my order from my old address luckily. I think if your going to have a message service and email address they really need to respond to them.
I responded twice to you on the 22/05/2025 I've forwarded the emails to you and because your not receiving i also screen shot and attached the pictures. You responded to me twice yesterday..I sent the same message on your direct page as I did via email yet your stating it only had my name on it.
I wouldn't write a dishonest review.

We're truly sorry to hear about the communication issue. Our online chat system shows that you typed your name, but you didn’t actually leave us a message - we did ask if we were able to assist, however, we did not receive a response. We asked you to provide screenshots of the emails you had sent to us on 22 May 2025 to ascertain how you had contacted us and the screenshots confirmed you had replied to the order confirmation email, unfortunately, this is an unmanned account. We have now fixed this to ensure we receive any messages this way.
We're so glad you were still able to collect your order and apologies again.

Excellent service
Great experience as they were quick to respond to a question I had about ordering a gold necklace instead of the silver one shown on the big sis, lil sis item. All sorted and all I had to do was click on a link via their email and my order was complete. Received within about 24 hours. The trinity heart necklace is exactly what I wanted for my sisters 60th. My necklace and earing set has arrived today. One word for it " Stunning" it is well pesented un lovely boxes. Paid extra for it as it was a gift, but worth every penny. Thinking about getting myself something now.

As explained in our email to you, your order was automatically cancelled as unfortunately, due to the new GPSR regulations which came into effect on 13th December, we are prohibited from sending items to Northern Ireland.
To facilitate dual access to both the UK Internal Market and EU Single Market, Northern Ireland applies certain EU product safety regulations – including GPSR.
We are really sorry you weren’t able to order from us and can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
