They ripped me off and refused to make it right. They caused my profitable Shopify store to be shut down permanently. Nice thing to do to a lowly woman owned small business. It's not like it will break them to just send a credit and make it go away.

their support is good. THeir tik tok posting tool had tstopped working and Avraham Jay helped me to solve the issue they needed to update some api updates to the platform and the tool resumed working. I recommend the tool to everyone in the need of promoting products or services on social networks

Customer & Tech Hell!

I have been with this company since the beginning and at first it was great no problems with the software, I was able to post a video for up to 10 times a day on different platforms, then about a year or so in, things started going downhill. There were times that I wasn't even able to connect my platforms to Minta, the customer service was terrible and never responded or i would get the same answer that "the tech department was working on the problem" I believe that last straw was this past couple of months when one day I tried to post my social media videos and it was only allowing me to post one video per day instead of multiples. When I got in touch with support they tried to tell me that it was always like this!!!!! I don't know who they usually deal with but YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE NOT STUPID!

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. At first I was impressed that it freed up time but as the weeks went on, I knew I wasn't really impressed with the quality of videos. Mediocre at best. It was May and Black Friday posts were pushed out making me look ridiculous. The final straw came after I made my fourth payment. My videos stopped on all my platforms. As the other reviews stated, I requested a refund and they only gave me the runaround for a few days, then finally offered to give me one month free. At that point, I just wanted to cancel and that was even a hassle.

Be very careful of this company

Be very careful of this company! Absolutely terrible customer service. This company caused my shop to get shut down, despite me downgrading my plan back immediately. They still continued to invoice me and when I emailed them, they came back with some crap that I had used the services for more than 7 days, although I had upgraded and downgraded back my plan within three 3 - 4 days.
I feel like I am being forced to continue to use their services, despite I do not want to work with this company ever again, because they refuse to remove the invoice.
After this I have decided that I will never ever use or recommend their services again. Absolutely rubbish company and customer service ever!

Great customer service

I signed up for the annual plan and the videos are beautiful! When i reached out to support with an issue with my account they showed great customer support and satisfaction by resolving my issue in a very timely manner. Definitely 5 stars for customer service.

A refund

Upon realizing the charge on my account, I immediately submitted a refund request on the same day the fee was withdrawn. However, I was disheartened to receive a refusal on the grounds that I had already utilized the app for three weeks.

While I understand that your policy may stipulate that refunds are not provided after a certain period of usage, I believe my case warrants an exception. As a user who had every intention of discontinuing the service before incurring any charges, I find it unjust to be bound by a yearly fee for a service I do not wish to utilize.

I request that you reconsider my refund request and process the reimbursement of the $252 charge to my account.
