Desperate company
Would Give zero stars if I could. Not worth your time or money. The videos are poor and mediocre, will not give you ads that are competitive with todays social media platforms. Also way to expensive, when you could pay a professional for way better content. Customer service is useless.

Great app and customer support, but could be cheaper
Decided to give Minta a try – seems to be easy to use and very useful app, that helps you save much time. The only minus – high price, especially for the very small businesses that are just starting and are selling only few items. Customer support is great, too. Product is awesome, customer service is the worst I've ever seen
I loved the product but the customer service experience is just terrible. I was charged after canceling the service and after a lot of snarky comments and not proper explanation from them as to why this happened, they ended up issuing me with a refund 'not because it was the right thing to do but because they were tired of exchanging emails with me'. I even had Shopify step in and try to help me solve the situation with them but they were always extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. I'm never using this service again and I'm not recommending to anyone.
