Moxie has been amazing - it does literally everything I need it to plus some things I would not have thought of myself. It has a ton of features, yet it really is focused down to the things that make sense for running a small business or being a freelancer.

I had almost decided to continue using my random collection of tools and spreadsheets to run my business after checking out other tools that wouldn't let me configure them the way I needed before finding Moxie. If I'm going to use something EVERY day for time tracking, project management, invoicing, customer management, etc, I needed to know that it was going to work for me and not be a daily source of irritation and trying to come up with workarounds - and Moxie actually had all of the features I needed to make running my business easier instead of more complicated.

I searched a long time to find a client portal which covers my requirements and I have found Moxie. The software is brilliant and it's easy to set up. Support is also fast an very good. Some missing features like language localisation of status mails will hopefully arrive in future - let's see... Regardless of this missing feature - it's worth every cent!

Moxie makes my client management easier, providing transparency to my clients and processing their payments is now easier. even contracts is there guiding me step by step and making proposals is much easier now.

So far Moxie has been great! I did purchase a course to help me set up my account faster and learn the ins and outs of Moxie. I’m also a part of the Facebook group and the Moxie team is very responsive!

I had an account for some time. A client added me to a project they wanted to organize on Moxie. When I logged in, I saw the new client project, and Moxie said I had to start paying. Which is fine. So I signed up for the $12 / month plan. As soon as they charged me, I lost access to the clients project. Clicked everywhere (there are a lot of places to click). Couldn't find it. Rather than fight the tool, we moved the project to Basecamp, which works and it's easy to add people to projects. I cancelled my Moxie account a few days later. Did not ask for a refund of my $12, because they didn't promise they wouldn't reset my account, and it's not worth my time to argue with them over $12.

Amazing product, so many powerful features for this price! And the team has ALWAYS been there fast and friendly, and patient with any and all support needs I've had. A bit of a learning curve with the system, but it's improved over time. I can't recommend this enough!

Why has it taken so long to find this system. Exceptional, intuitive and easy to use. Just started on the journey and am really excited about what I can achieve with all the extra time on my hands.

Over a year ago, I evaluated Moxie while searching for a branded, customizable all-in-one CRM and project management tool. Recently, I've delved into its various features, such as SMTP/IMAP integrations for email handling, branded meeting scheduling tools, contracts, proposals, quotes, invoices, project management, basic accounting, and automated workflows. While the software could enhance dashboard data presentation and visibility to serve effectively as a CRM, and it lacks some native integrations with email marketing and CRMs, it's a fantastic option for freelancers and small to medium-sized teams aiming to rapidly increase productivity.

Good platform at a fair price that is perfect for freelance business owners.

I am a new adopter of Moxie and have liked the app so far, but the process of importing four years of projects, clients, contacts, and time worked was arduous and not fun. Moxie did provide templates which made the process easier, but the "time worked" category was an absolute bear to overcome and took many days. But now that I'm fully converted, I'm looking forward to using the app to its fullest!

Moxie has been simple to set up and use. The availability of support and knowledge articles made the transition to Moxie a breeze. For the price point Moxie has simple concepts and features that their more expensive competitors do not. I am very happy I made the switch!

Everything about this company is great. From the price point, to the constant roll out of new features often based on user feedback, to the readiness of real people ready to help. It is just amazing.
