Overall, the app is great. However, I can tell it's still somewhat early in it's overall product journey and could use some improvements. There are multiple things I would change about the functionality of the product (mostly small things that add up), but I appreciate the fact that there is an extensive help center and feedback process that feels like your voice actually matters.

The breadth of functionality and ux is superb. The customer service is AMAZING. Moxie is the very best of any other product in its class. I had lost hope that I would find a solution that had everything I needed, and then I finally found Moxie. Such a relief. Moxie sets the standard; no one else is even close. I trialed others; doesn't waste your time.

The functionality, ease of use and support are amazing. This software has streamlined my process and my clients are totally onboard with the system.

Not only is Moxie a fantastic platform for organising my freelance business (I love the time tracking and invoicing features) but the team are always super responsive and helpful whenever you need support (shout out to Geoff).

On top of all that, they also offer excellent programming to help you take your freelancing career to the next level. Highly recommended!

This software is a GAME CHANGER!
I've been trying to work with multiple apps to run my business and was always wishing there was a one-stop shop where I could manage projects, clients and accounting and I've finally found it.
I'd give it 5 stars, but I'm hoping the UI and UX improves somewhat. After migrating from Freshbooks, I miss the intuitive, minimalist experience but the VALUE of Moxie far surpasses that UX and UI for now.

This app is life changing.
Literally, it's made all the difference. I've been recommending it to everyone I know. I knew within 2 days of the free trial that I would be purchasing the annual subscription.

I think I may have found the perfect fit for me as a freelance web designer and website host. All these other apps are thinking about how to work in a large team setting and I just work by myself and need to be able to just get work done but I also want a lot of features and Moxie seems to have Everything I need. Automations, subscription billing, basic bookkeeping, reports, etc.

Moxie has provided incredible support from the start and even updated their system to accommodate one of my requests. The CEO, Geoff, has personally responded to several inquiries and offered solutions or assured many concerns will be addressed in upcoming updates. The best part is Moxie will save me about $1000/year by consolidating 5 different software systems into one!!!

It’s only been a week and I LOVE IT!! I love the tickets, the business phone number, the accounting and my clients love they can submit work request (via tickets) inside their client portal and direct email. Tickets option is 10/10.

I will update in 30 days as I explore more.

This product is a dream. After testing a few "all-in-one" solutions, I found this to be the clear winner for my needs. I love that the client portal doesn't require clients to create accounts. The level of customization available for contracts, invoices, and the client portal design is just right. The team is also super helpful and kind. I'm excited to have this product in my web design workflow.

Nice and responsive. i would have liked a bit more clarity on the actual FIXING of the problem but that's okay ill check in today to see what the status of the Zapier repair is.

Simple, easy to use, responsive team, comprehensive options. What else is there to say?! I use Moxie in all 3 of my businesses now.

I am using Moxie as the platform to run my grant consulting business. Moxie is a one-stop shop. It's a great price for what it offers. I am glad another grant writer told me about it.

I have used many systems in the past and been disappointed. Moxie has (almost) everything I need from a freelancer perspective and while the functions aren’t perfected yet, the customer service is. And that is why I rate moxie so high.
