Customer service was fantastic! They were responsive, informative and kind. The shirt is perfect. So soft and fits like a dream.

Had a lovely shopping experience, had help when I needed it but also was given space to mull over purchases before going ahead and purchasing 2 items. They had a lot of beautiful classic items so was hard to just pick a few!

I cannot compliment Caitlin on the customer service team enough. I bought one of the WNU black silk shirts, it's probably the most I've ever spent on a shirt, but I saw it as an investment into a beautiful garment.

Within 6 months, after only wearing it a couple of times one of the seams in the back started to fray forming a small hole. I was quite disappointed as I'd really made sure to be careful when handling/wearing it.

I contacted the customer service team on the off chance they might be able to assist me with getting it fixed and Caitlin was the person who dealt with my request.

She was so helpful and responsive and worked swiftly to get me a replacement. I really wasn't expecting that at all as it had been 6 months since being purchased, so I was very grateful that was offered as an option. I sent the original shirt back and just received my replacement today.

I visited the store today and was greeted by Jane who was amazing! I was looking for pieces to create a capsule wardrobe and didn’t know where to start - Jane went above and beyond to help me and I came away with some beautiful, quality pieces, thank you Jane!

I’ve had consistently great experiences at WNU, both at the Elizabeth Street store and the Notting Hill location — the quality of the products and overall service are superb. However, my recent visit to the Notting Hill store truly stood out because of the exceptional team there.

I purchased several shirts and wanted to have my initials embroidered. While the usual express service takes 24 hours, Rosa went above and beyond and completed the embroidery for me on the spot, knowing I was flying back home the next morning. This level of care and flexibility is rare and deeply appreciated.

Liza was also incredibly helpful — Rosa couldn’t have made this happen without Liza stepping in to look after the store while the embroidery was being done. Their teamwork and genuine customer focus made the experience outstanding.

Thank you to the entire team! I only wish there were a WNU store in NYC so I could have easier access to these amazing products.

I had to return a navy blazer which although lovely, wasn’t quite right for me. The QR code didn’t work at the post office ( a post office glitch) and I brought the parcel back. I phoned WNU, the phone was answered immediately by Caitlin who issued me with another QR code. Back down to the post office and it worked. Friendly and efficient, thank you Caitlin and I’ll definitely by buying again. Helen H

The Notting Hill store beautiful has excellently curated merchandise. Liza is a truly talented sales person. Sandra and Andrea are incredibly helpful. Wish they all could come to the States.

Promotes and supports cruel blood sports. Went to their site to find an item I’d seen but realised they’re pro blood sports. Very disappointing and stopped me from purchasing from them

Despite the owner saying this is an inactive hunt, this hunt group are very active in fox hunting. I find it hard to believe the owner doesn’t know all about them. The hunt were recently in the news for running riot through a burial ground.

I ordered a piece too small, and had to return it back. Unfortunately I had some logistics issues with the local carrier in Norway and therefore I contacted the WNU Service center directly. The quick and solution-oriented service and support i got from them was impressive. We solved the return prosess quick and easy together. With this experience I will definitely order from WNU again, not fearing any challenges when returning a piece.

Amazing experience. I couldn't use a discount code they had given, so I placed my order without it and email WNU. They honoured it anyways.
