Credit note not received!

I was called to advise that I wasn’t eligible for a refund and a credit note would be issued, however almost a week later and I still haven’t received the credit note. I sent a follow up email and still no response. I will be attempting to call on Monday!

White Heels

I love the white sandals except it was delivered beyond my expected time. But I will buy from Wittner. It fits to a T.

The customer services was worst…

The customer service was the worst experience i had with them, i had questions regarding my delivery because it went back to their warehouse, no o e even left the card or took it to and pickup station and than i rang them no one answered our calls , no one reply back to the emails. The response i got back was after one week and than again nothing. The live chat don’t even answer any of your questions.

Awesome service

I did a click and collect for a pair of black boots and collected them at the Glen Waverley Store on the 16/01/2023 at around 9.30am. I was greeted by a lovely staff member and I tried the boots on. Unfortunately I didn’t like the point on them, I was told I could get a credit if I would like as they were a sale item. There was another pair of boots that I had liked online but they were sold out. The staff member (I wish I could remember her name) then said she could have a look for me to see if any stores may have them. Southland had one pair left and she has tried to call them for me but they didn’t answer. She provided me the phone number so I could try and call them later. The staff member was amazing, she went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and help me with getting the boots I wanted. I will defiantly be shopping again at Glen Waverley when she is working as I know she would be honest, helpful and make the shopping experience enjoyable.
I was lucky enough for the boots to be available at Southland and i picked them up that day. The staff member was lovely and cheerful and I had no issues swapping the boots over. People are always the first to complain but I can honestly say the customer service I received that day was amazing and the staff members should be congratulated.

A few weeks old and the whole heel…

A few weeks old and the whole heel falls off and leather starts peeling away. I had to super glue things back together

I love Wittner shoes generally however…

I love Wittner shoes generally however these are uncomfortable and overly pointy. I’ll be returning them. Not a practical work shoe.

Unable to return an online purchase I…

Unable to return an online purchase I store due to no barcode being provided in an invoice/receipt. So now I need to ring or email to arrange a return. This will now waste more of my time, when a credit should have been raised and the store assistant should have been the person chasing barcodes and other details after the event. Clearly customer service is not what it should be.

Also being told no refunds only credits!

Will not shop at Wittner again.
