I won £500 on 2/2. Have to provide ID and they got back to me on 5/2 and a hour later the money was received. I read so many bad reviews so was nervous but everything was fine. Nice win thank you

I have been gambling online for over 20 years via poker,sports betting or casino games.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with.

Any e.mail takes minimum 3 days to get a reply and you are often sent vague replies which you have to wait a further 3 days for a further response.

You are charged £2.50 per withdrawal and you are unable to process the full balance in one withdrawal so need to pay multiple fees to withdraw all your funds.

I queried the process and asked for a response and they just locked my account and didn't reply. 😂😂

Rip off was told I couldn't withdraw until I paid bonus money back wish I was never aware of i the first place so paid in £60,00 back in bonus was £52.00 win and lost but still couldn't withdraw what i win what an absolute joke pure rip off stay well clear of this site has some good games but not worth the hassle at all you

Worst slot company ever take funds out your account when you only deposit £10 they take £20 also can not withdraw has you have to send documents so what ever you win they take £2.50 out for them self beware stay away I closed my account don’t trust them

I only gave 1 star as I had to. Really don’t want to give it that. Had £350 in my account. Pressed the home button to withdraw and every penny has disappeared. Customer service are absolute shocking. Stay away from this site. An absolute rip off. I have never come across any site like this. Absolutely disgraceful and robbing people

Hello wins bye wins. Just like magic you will win thousands and just like magic it will vanish. I could remember celebrating like I won the lotto after playing Wolf Gold but when it came to withdrawal...hmm is that even an option. You'll think screw it I'll play some more as all your money dwindles to nothing. I will say run, it's just a waste of time.

I joined them last year and upon my first deposit of £10 won £725 elated I withdrew and was asked to supply id I did a week later I received the funds.

Been playing randomly ever since then and not won a dime- contacted customer services to request my account be closed as it seemed pointless making deposits and never winning.

Received a response to say that I should stay etc and the following day out of boredom I deposited this was approximately a month ago. That day I won £750 This was received in 3 days I then changed my mobile number and updated them and they said they had updated it there end then approx 2 weeks later I won £3199 on a deposit of £30. I requested to withdraw and was told I couldn’t as verification hadn’t taken place

I was verified a year ago and the week prior to winning the £3199 so couldn’t understand why I needed to be verified For a third time.

I emailed jumpman gaming to complain and they passed my complaint to wizard slots customer services department. Which was not what I had asked for.
My emails requesting withdrawal were ignored for 5 days and in the end I continued to play the winnings dwindled from £3199 to £1006. I wasn’t chuffed as far as I’m concerned as a player requesting a withdrawal this should be honoured. This verification malarkey is a ploy to enable players to play off winnings and keeps the funds in the available balance rather than put it in pending.

Since my complaint I didn’t even bother responding to the agent as his response wasn’t worthy of one.

I have been playing each day for approximately a week depositing £30 a day and yesterday when I logged on I noticed that I couldn’t deposit. I emailed them to query why and I have just had an email to say as per our terms and conditions we have closed your account and you can’t access our services anymore.

I’m perplexed no explanation as to why they have closed it I have not breached any of their terms and conditions at all and to close it permanently with no warning sounds suspicious to me.

Prior to receiving this email I decided to check my transaction history from August - November 2020 and I found something on there which is concerning and which I am going to take further with the gambling commission.

So I’m the last 3 weeks I have withdrawn from them £750, 506 and £1006 (this should have been £3199 but due to their idiotic I’d verification which I have done twice before and now for a third time) dwindled to said amount.

In transaction history it states I have wagered £22000 and won £24,000 in 4 months.

Apart from the money won last year and the three amounts above won in the last week I have never won and I have certainly not deposited £22,000 in 3 months. This cowboy company requires investigating unlucky for them I am the queen of complaints and this time they messed with the wrong person.
Steer clear of they don’t ignore you when you have won they will auto rejects your withdrawal or close your account with no explanation. A closure of an account is because a player has done something terrible. I have not good riddance to you cowboys

Didn’t want to give any stars, this company are a bunch of crooks. I have sent them id 2 weeks ago still no money, I intend to ring the gambling commission about their horrendous customer support.

Do not use this site if you wager 50p spins and get scatters win owt up too £150 decent you my think but then I thought I'll have £5 spins just to see if there owt noticeable in wins and yes add the scatters more times betting higher but win up too£50 they are scammer and should be shut down and they are quick enough too take your money but trying to get it back is near on impossible

Thought I’d give this site a go. Have deposited £400. I have had my account verified. I have had a nice big win of £5000 which I have tried to withdraw. This was pending for 3 days during which I had an email from the support team saying that account was verified and all pending withdrawals authorised. Yesterday my withdrawal has ended up back in my real cash credit with no explanation. After emailing the support team I am being completely ignored and have no been blocked from the cashier to try and withdraw again. I think they are pulling a fast one as to try and say they made a mistake as they have now credited me with extra £50 cash out of the blue. I will not spin another spin until my winnings are withdrawn but I am not going to hold my breath.

Customer services are now not answering my emails. They are happy enough to take money but not pay it out!!!

I will be going down the complaints route and also getting the UK gaming commission onto them. Not just wizard slots but all the other online casinos run by the parent company.

Very bad something needs to be done about this site ..how are they even legal to commercialise there site as a regulated trusted gambling site . I’m also one of the many unlucky ones who’s deposited numerous times and play to then win a little win of £100 that’s been pending for 2 weeks . I’ve also sent proofs they’ve asked for to them get an automated response and just going round in circles . They even credited back into my playing balance .. which I’ve again tried to withdraw and is stil pending ...
