Wizer Energy Reviews 

I received 4 quotes for a solar panel system. Wizer Energy gave me the most competitive quote so I chose them to install my solar panels. That was a very good decision. When deciding the capacity and type of system I wanted to install, I received good practical advice and guidance from Wizer energy . All works were discussed before hand and then executed as agreed and even faster than promised. My house is a dormer bungalow, with windows in the roof so this job was a challenge but the Wizer energy installation team's "can do" approach meant that my system is fitted and working perfectly to the maximum possible capacity. All in all a very good outcome.

Wizer were very helpful and looked after the whole process in Great Detail ensuring everything met and exceeded my expectations.

Just want to say thanks a million for the great customer service from everyone at your office… Stephen, Amy & Martin. All emails and callbacks were promptly dealt with. The installers (Mark) and electricians (Bronco) were so professional also and explained everything before leaving.

I’ll be referring Wizer Energy going forward on the great service we received.

BEWARE if you are planning to have an eddi fitted for a dual element emersion from Wizer, I Strongly ADVISE to have the connection to the emersion checked by a qualified electrician. the electrician from wizer appears to be incompetent and colour blind. he managed to bypass the emersion thermostat as to allow the water to be scalding hot, because the eddi doesn't know when to stop?
When I called Wizer They said it was the thermostat that was faulty, So I had it changed , that made no difference.
I had to get my Qualified electrician back, he checked the wiring he was shocked to see how it was done. (it's only 4 wires, how difficult can it be?)
I called wizer and spoke to there electrician who very abusive, evasive and stroppy. saying it was my fault??? I emailed pictures of the wiring to Martin Desmond, He didn't want to send anyone out to me? and washed his hands of it, and stopped all communication.
They are quick to take your money, but have no apparent after sales service!!
I wouldn't recommend Wizer I'M not happy!
PS My qualified electrician has now rewired the eddi to the emersion and is now working correctly.

Great experience with Martin and his team, worked around a date that suited us, a pre installation check was carried out meticulously the week before with great information on where equipment would be placed. The panel installation staff where here first thing on a Monday morning and got straight to work and two great guys and great skilled and tidy workers. The electricians again were very thorough and skilled and very obliging all questions answered and a again a very neat job with everything labelled and photograph. We would highly recommend this company and their office staff very helpful throughout the entire process. Thanks again Martin Desmond and the entire Wizer team.

Martin and his teams were a pleasure to work with. We got a quote very quickly based on a Google map review of the property and their knowledge of the property types in our local area. They gave an installation timeline and stuck to it. The on-site survey was perfect and all my queries were answered before installation. The roofing crew were so pleasant, helpful, and neat. The electrical crew were professional, with a can do attitude. After installation of the PE system and the electric car charger the paperwork for the SEAI grants happened smoothly and efficiently with responsive to emails being very quick. When the SEAI had an issue with one document it was turned around by wizer in 24 hours. And my final bill was less than that quoted due to the reduction of cost of one component which was passed on to me.

Excellent, efficient service from start to finish with no question left unanswered while I got used to using my PV + battery system. Costs as set out on the website and quoted upfront, no hidden costs, turned up as promised, neat and friendly work crews. All documents uploaded to SEAI and grant received soon after getting the post-installation BER cert. Very happy to recommend Wizer highly.

Wizer Energy did a great installation job at our house, installing 12 panels, 5 kW battery. I would be happy to recommend them. Their back office support team were equally efficient and helpful.

Installation crew were first class, nice to deal with, efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. The lead electrician explained all the functions and helped with the setup of the monitoring apps.

Wizer Energy installed a solar PV system with battery backup and connected an extra dual socket in case the grid went down. The installation was quick and the lads were quite helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend them.

Wizer Energy installed a PV and battery system in my house. I was happy with the initial conversation and advice regarding the proposed size and type of system.

After contacting a few companies i felt even after talking with Martin he knew his stuff. When the lads came to install and set up they were very patient and there was no problem in coming back after a little error in installing occurred even months later when i changed Internet provider Martin took a call and walked us through how to change over. Very smoothly done and would recommend
