Karl was very nice and helped me solve my issue

There was a technical difficulty with my booking on their end. One of the booking agents, Nylah Brown was quick and efficient. She helped me resolve it right way, when another told me they’d try to fix it and let me know what the result was two days before my trip. Mind you there’s still 1 week before my trip. Nylah Brown is the five stars for this review!

Bought a ticket (overpriced already due to high season) from POS to FLL. Ticket clearly stated that it was changeable with a penalty of $125 USD. I tried to change the ticket to another fare that was $100 USD cheaper a few days later than originally planned due to some uncontrollable travel changes (I really wanted to hold my credit to rebook when I had more information on how long my delayed business in POS would be). I was told that there was no way to change the ticket, even with paying a penalty fee and that I could either fly on the original date or lose the ticket. After several hours of complaint with a supervisor, I was told I could pay $150 USD to change the flight to a cheaper, later flight date with a lower fare, but that I could not 'hold' the credit (meaning I would have to choose an alternate date immediately at the time of them returning my call). I decided not to bother and flew to FLL to purchase a brand new ticket back to POS that same week directly with the airline which would be around $170 USD just to avoid dealing with this company. ATROCIOUS SERVICE AND BLATANT FALSEHOOD!

I booked a flight with them recently and their customer service was really good. I realized I booked the wrong time right after I booked, so Daikho helped me change it to the time I wanted within a day. Other team members were also patient when I had trouble with payment. I also double-checked with the airline later on to make sure the ticket was legit. Everything is good! No complaints!

My refund was requested within 24 hours of booking because the connecting flight wouldn't work to get me to my destination on time. 3 1/2 weeks later I've now filed a claim with my bank.

Paul was of a great assistance. Highly recommend to any traveler!

Don’t ever use this company! I booked a flight through them from Miami to Ibiza and a few days before my flight I got a call and email that there was a system error so my flights were cancelled even tho I got a confirmation email saying it was booked and they took the money from my bank account. I was on the phone with them for 2 hours and they could not help me. I am calling the better business bureau on them and filing a case against these ppl! I did opt for travel insurance so I am going to call and see if I can get my money back from the policy because god knows when these ppl are going to refund my money!

I called to cancel my existing flight reservation immediately after requesting booking because there was an error with the travel dates. Paul Wilson carefully checked every step of the process and handled the cancellation smoothly.

I am very satisfied with Paul’s professional and thorough service. I truly appreciate his help and would like to thank him for making the process so easy.

I wasn't able to find a confirmation number from SAS. According to SAS Airlines, the ticket was never actually booked by Wizfair, even though my credit card was charged. Now that the price has increased by over $3,000, Wizfair is refusing to provide the same flight without charging extra, effectively forcing me to cancel.

Roy was very helpful to assist me resolving technical issues for our tickets. I appreciate very much for his professional manner.

Wizfair runs a scam and fraud they will hire you and terminate you without any reason, rajinder kaur and Ritika verma are the main culprits who ruin employees career they decided the day to terminate but still want you to do production it's my humble request never join wizfair

We had an unexpected issue come up with our booking where the airline ultimately canceled our tickets a week before the trip. Paul was amazing and helped us secure new tickets for the exact dates we wanted and everything is fixed. A+ Customer service. Thanks Paul!

I had some difficulties trying to purchase my tickets through the Wiz Fair platform, both in the morning and later in the evening. Abel called me and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He was very patient, took the time to understand the issue, and guided me step by step so I could complete the payment.

A few hours later, I still hadn’t received my tickets, so I contacted customer service again. This time, I was assisted by Paul Wilson, who was also extremely helpful and professional. He helped me resolve the issue, locate my reservation, and make sure I received my tickets.

I really appreciate the patience, professionalism, and excellent customer service that both Abel and Paul provided. They made what could have been a very frustrating experience much easier. Thank you both for your help and for taking such good care of me!

Very professional site.

Karl, help assisted in my booking changes very effectively. He went over the site terms and support team handle very clearly and covered the Price Drop Protection program. He's very through about it and managing my airfare issue.
