Got my computer and all seemed good. The power switch at the plug doesn’t work and beyond turning on the computer doesn’t work (ie connecting to a monitor). Tried 2 different brand new leads and 3 different monitors. I’ve called multiple times and filed a complaint with PayPal and want my money back.

Product arrived on time and very well secured.

Didn't have the red case my son wanted but offered another colour, black and red but turned up black and blue. Apart from that the coms,service and delivery were excellent.

helpful and actually sold me a PC cheaper than the one I was looking at originally. very please with the machine does what I need it to.

Prompt delivery as described. Set up immediately with laptop. Monitor seems to work just as expected at a fraction of the price.

New computer arrive on time , however without cable to connect monitor , and without mouse /keyboard. After email get all components next day. My other computer bought in this shop still working however after 4 years its slow down.

It came really quickly. Well pakaged too.

Very competitive pricing. I saw similar models to mine for around 80% more than I paid at WJMTech. Its exactly as decribed. It works as expected, was delivered exactly when I was told it would be. Also DPD said they would deliver between 11:03 and 12:03.
They arrived at 11:08, so no complaints there either.

Excellent service

excellent products , second to none after care service , will definitely buy from them again .

Have bought various refurbished machines over the years but first time with this supplier. Very pleased,no problems and would use again. Minor point in that they could provide a little more literature on what to expect when you connect, although in fairness, machine was ready to go with no install required.
(added later...) a problem developed with the machine and the way in which they facilitated the necessary repair was excellent. No hesitation in recommending this company.

The computer works great, the WiFi dongle not so much, rather than send the whole thing back it just saved time and energy to get a better dongle.

Slight delay on delivery, product well packaged

This is exactly what I was looking for good quality PC for home use plenty of usb3 ports to plug in external drives etc with plenty of speed for my requirements and it replaces an old win 7 pc.
