WJMTech what a great experience
WJMTech was new to me but I have been so impressed after purchasing a refurbished HP EliteDesk windows 11 Pro PC from them. Their pre sales support was outstanding, answering my questions quickly and best of all customising the PC to my specification. The PC unit was quickly received after ordering it and was packaged beautifully. I had a small issue which I must stress turned out to be nothing to do with the PC I bought from WJMTech but even so WJMTech were so helpful assisting me to cure the issue. Having discovered a great company I will be returning when I next need some PC equipment. Top notch!!

Good hardware but software missing
I have now had 2 computers from WJMTech and have been pleased with the hardware which has been as described and works as expected. They arrived well packed too. The reason for 4 stars is that one of the computers did not have the software described installed. Windows was fine and all worked as it should, but the additional software was missing despite the paperwork saying all had been loaded and checked. Not too much of an issue as anything required can be downloaded of course.

Saw an advert on google for a…
Saw an advert on google for a Refurbished i7 PC with GTX 1650 card and SSD. The description clearly stated it came with the graphics card.
When I got to the website it then asked me to select options of graphics etc which was very confusing. However the description at the bottom said refurbished item with Graphics card and memory etc. Therefore I added a comment to my order to say I was ordering based on the description.
Once the order was placed I was then phoned by an extremely rude representative from WJMTech whom stated that I had to select the options and would cost additional money for the options mentioned in the description. I explained this was extremely confusing and I explained how the description and title showed contradicting information. He was extremely rude and made out I was an idiot and the item was not as described. I requested a refund and still got a response with attitude. I then asked for his name and he hung up on me.
I order computer equipment for my company all the time and this is the first and last time I ever use WJMTech. I will also be reporting them to Trading standards based off the description and title I took screenshots of.
Avoid!
EDIT: Just seen I've had a response from WJMTech. Rather than apologising for their rudeness, they have stated that I was trying to Scam them. Under no circumstances did I want to rip any one off or scam anyone and I refuse to be accused of such. I showed all the facts to TrustPilot including the description of the item and where the confusion was and they acknowledged and verified my review. All I was after was acceptance that their description was incorrect and a refund.
Again Avoid. There are so many better computer providers out there that value their customers and treat them with respect.

Unfortunately this customer was trying to force us to send a £600 Gaming PC, whilst only paying £280 for it. We explained to Gary that you need to actually pay for the upgrades if you want to receive the upgrades. But he was adamant that he should receive all the optional upgrades for free. We have never had a customer claim this to be the case, and no-one else has complained about this like Gary.
It appears Gary knew exactly what he was doing, he was well aware that the upgrades are optional. Gary became rude and defensive on the phone once informed that you cannot get a £600 PC for £280, we cannot treat Gary differently from every other customer just because he threatens to leave bad reviews, and go to 'Trading Standards'. Its quite simply a scam attempt, thankfully these people are few and far between other honest customers.
